I visited this location on 9/6/22 around 5:30pm - I am mentioning the date and time in the hope that the employee working will... get recognition for the EXCEPTIONAL customer service we were provided on our visit. Our food was made with care and theingredients were fresh. Read more

Had a positive experience today with one of the afternoon employees. I have gluten allergies which were accommodated excellently... by a kind young man working a solo shift. Protein bowl was made instead, and it was exceptional. Thanks again to you, Quinn! Read more

Avoid this location at all costs. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes in line to be seen to behind only three people, and then... another person who walked in the store after I?d been stood there waiting for 15 minutes who had ordered online, and they wereseen to before me. When I finally did get to order, I was then told halfway through making my sandwich that they had ran out oflettuce. 25 minutes from start to finish to get a sandwich. Paint dries quicker. Read more

It's a subway, the quality is what you'd expect. However - do not order online if you are hoping to get what you paid for. I... visited on 4/5/22 after placing an online order for a Turkey sub. I came in, grabbed my sandwich, and went. However, when I gotback to my office I realized that I had received the wrong sandwich. Instead of turkey, I got tuna. Unless your a subway tunatruther, I would expect any person to be very surprised and disappointed by this discovery. I checked my receipt and saw that Idid in fact order a turkey, the mistake was not mine. I went to the subway website and sent in a customer service request aboutthe situation asking for a refund. I received an email the next day from the franchise owner, Russell. He did not honor myrefund request but offered to send me a coupon for a free six in sandwich - but a coupon i can ONLY use at this location. Fine,whatever. I replied back with my address the same day. After a week, no response and no coupon. I emailed again. Again, noresponse. I resubmit my claim on the subway website. Another week, no reply to my claim or the email. I email again. Finally,after not hearing back for weeks I decide to email one more time. No response since. I understand that its only $7 that I amdown, but why say you are going to send me a coupon when you aren't? Why ignore my emails over something so simple? It'sfrustrating and, honestly, a little insulting. At this point I'd rather just have my actual money back so I don't need to bothergoing to this location again. Read more

I've been going to this location randomly for about 10 years. Never had any issues until today.
