The atmosphere here is lively and fun. The staff are attentive and kind. The food is not like anything we have ever had, but we... really enjoyed the flavors! The breakfast burrito is huge! A one-off, family-owned restaurant set far apart from the usual corporate restaurants. Southwest/New Mexican cuisine is very... unique and uncommon up here, and they knock it out of the park. Big focus on smoking and BBQ, and it's incredible!! We're foodsnobs and this place rocks! Everything made from scratch and with care. Great area in Everett in an eclectic, early 1900's brickbuilding. Will not be coming back. Food was bland and boring. Chips and salsa wasn?t good. The breakfast burrito we ordered was insanely... disgusting. Both my fiancé and I couldn?t eat another bite. And the margarita was terrible. The waitress was kind but didn?task us how our food was, they can do better. Read more
Amazing New Mexico good style, smoked enchiladas were so tasting, sauce of the house is totally out of the ordinary tex mex type... of food, portions are on the large side and great mimosas for the price, definitely a comfort breakfast place! Read more

Owners Evie and Vinnie are absolutely the best. They make you feel right at home. The margaritas, sopapillas, queso dip,... cornbread, and green chili enchiladas are some of my favorites. Oh and their delicious gigantic burger is my new favorite!! ????They have creamy delicious mac n cheese and fresh cut fries as well. ???? After much frustration trying to get to The New Mexicans because of street closures, we arrived hungry and frankly pretty... grumpy. This was the perfect meal in the perfect place. It is almost magical. Go through the door and be transported to a smallfamily restaurant that could be anywhere in the southwest(except for the Sea Hawks souvenirs that ground you to the PNW). Foodis excellent. Spice levels can be adjusted to individual diners. One of is is a -5, the other a+5. There is a "children's menu"open to all ages. Read more
