Are you in the mood for authentic Szechuan Chinese food?? Look no further! Since moving here from the NYC I’ve been in search... for, “good Chinese food.” Every other place I’ve been to has been super bland. I knew I found this gem as soon as I sawthe menu had all the items in Chinese next to the English. It didn’t disappoint. The flavors were amazing! Also the spicydishes are actually hot!! They come at a level 3, I ordered 4 and it kicked my butt, in a good way! The young man at the counterwas super friendly. He thanked me for driving to Everett to pick up the food since door dash didn’t deliver. And he gave myfamily a bunch of egg rolls complimentary. I will definitely be a returning customer. Read more
Edit: door is no longer boarded up. Service was still amazing and fast around dinner time. This place is a hidden gem! Went... here on a friend's recommendation and it was great! The appearance outside was a little sketchy at first and the door is boardedup, but the service was amazing and the food was authentic and delicious. The order (for 2) took about 15-20 minutes arounddinner time, which is pretty good. The serving sizes are large and priced well. It's always good to have leftovers! Can't waitto go back again. They are well prepared for this COVID-19 pandemic situation. NO Dining Available, Take-Out ONLY!! And they really know how to... pack food in real container unlike other restaurant using cheap styrofoams. Plus, food was so delicious and good portioned forless than $9 during lunch hours. Read more
Not your old Peking Duck. Reviews do not take into account that this place, what used to be "Peking Duck" is now Town Story. The... new ownership has redecorated the interior, expanded the menu, closed down the lounge, and improved the food. The remodel makethe inside more comfortable and bright (at a budget) for not having any windows beyond the one by the cashier. Closing down thelounge is a good strategy for removing the sketchy characters coming in through the dining room. The menu has more options butpretty much kept all the classics. The food still serves huge portions family style and their lunch menu (M-F only) is stillvery inexpensive (at less than $7). While so far I have only ordered the brocoli beef and the General Tsos Chicken, I mightnever have to order anything else again because both were excelently executed. This has become my new favorite in Everett. Ireally hope they keep up the high quality experience and not fall victim to unflavored food for the sake of the few complainers.I will have to say that I was disappointed with their spice level. I didn't get what I wanted and I hate shrimps.... But this is a 5 star review anyway. I ordered what I thought was a crispy... fried noodle dish with chicken or tofu. The fried noodle dish was not that.. But I ate it. And it was delicious. One of mymost favorite mistakes.. Except the number of shrimps [ which a good portion for those who actually enjoy sea-bugs! ] Yum! Read more
