Moved to Everett from San Diego a few months back and was kind of disappointed in the lack of customer service at a few places... I've been to. Atmosphere was actually very nice, with some nice seating by a fireplace. It was a bit cold in the restaurants so it would have... been extra nice if the fireplace had actually produced heat. They also have the free-style soda machine. Read more
Usually don?t have a problem here, great service food always fresh. Until today they messed up my order on top of a huge line I... couldn?t skip even though I ordered on the app. Not only is my order wrong it?s cold, and I can?t call them because their lineis disconnected, and there?s no way to contact them directly through the app. Read more
Dine In?? Ordered Large Biggie Bag, Large Sprite, Large Fries. Ordered online for a pickup/Dine In. My handicap daughter walked... to the Wendy's on Broadway. Got there lobby was locked. NO ONE in the drive-thru so I had her ask the young lady at the windowif she could have the order. A man told her NO. I had to drive there and sit in line and get the order. But while in-line Imade a separate order. I checked order, was 2 burgers, two fries, 2 large drinks. Got home, #7 combo burger was totally wrong.Burger was supposed to be a Triple Big Bacon Classic. Burger was 3 hamburger patties and a small slice of cheese, nothing else.No bacon, lettuce, sauce. The guy on the intercom supposedly the head person was rude... Not a way to handle the seniors and/orhandicap patrons. Read more
It is fast food so I take it with a grain when reviewing. However fast food is no longer cheap and I feel like that should raise... the bar of the expectation at least a little bit. I ordered large fries with my order. only to receive a large fry cup with Lukewarm fries that looked like they were half eaten or taken off of someone's tray. Also, no hate or shade, but the drive thru ushardly the place to act like a thug. Bro you're selling hamburgers not dope. The service here was decent. Nothing beyond basic expectations. It's on the slower side compared to other drive thru fast food... spots. And the design of the drive thru is not the most well thought out. It's obvious that quite a few cars have ran into thecurb near the window. The fries should be salted a bit more, they tasted kind of bland and soggy. It's not a bad place but thereare other fast food restaurants I would choose over this one. Read more
I placed an order for Dave's Double to my surprised I received a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe. The children working there should be... drug tested at least every month. Unless , you ask they will not provide you with condiments such as, Ketchup. Did notreceived a purchase receipt - my fault for not asking!. The same person receiving money transactions was the same person whowent and packed my meal with out gloves. Read more
