The two stars are because the pizza was good. I should have read the reviews that warned about the call center. I had no idea... that when calling the Evergreen number you would order from a call center and not the people working there. I was asked if Iwanted to order the $5.99 medium pizza special and I said yes, plus I would like to order a gluten free pizza and have the sametoppings on both. When I went to pick it up the medium pizza was $13.74 instead of $5.99. The small Gluten-free pizza was $14.49as expected. They blamed it on me and the call center and said it was my fault that I had not pressed ?2? when I called! Soapparently their set up tricks you into having to pay more. Read more

Domino's apparently has a new system. Evergreen Domino's now uses a call center when calling to place an order. It was... difficult but not impossible to understand the person I spoke with. I placed an order for a medium 3 topping pizza and cheeseybread with a side of marinara sauce. The operator confirmed my order correctly. However the driver showed up with just thepizza. I can't blame the driver bc he did not take the order so I paid him and tipped him accordingly. I called the EvergreenDomino's he claimed just the pizza was ordered. He also said they don't have cheesey bread at this location. I was told, from anundisclosed source, that orders had NOT been accurate since orders began going through the call center. I always try to place apositive in my reviews and I can positively say the driver was great. However I did not get his so I can reward him some kudos.Sorry. Overall, not a good experience and definitely not the experience I expect and have received in the past. Perhaps someoneelse might have a better one. ???? Read more

Don?t order from here. Not reliable. Called them to confirm if they deliver to my address which is 18 minutes away and they said... yes. I said great, I will give you a call back in about 30 minutes. Called back, confirmed shipping address again. Placed myorder. $85 for a large group. Paid for it and was told it?ll be here soon. 1.5 hours later I get a call from the delivery driverconfirming my address. I confirmed it and he said okay, I will be there soon. Another hour goes by and I get another phone callfrom the dominos kitchen explaining to me that they are busy and can?t make my delivery. Read more

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Do not order from here. It?s been 2 hours and still waiting on the delivery. I called to... check in after an hour and they said ?it?s almost there?. 55 min later I called again and now it?s ?almost there?. When I askedfor a refund he said there?s nothing he can do because the pizza is on it?s way?!? We have three small kids and it?s way pasttheir bedtime at this point and we are still waiting on the pizza. If they had just been honest after an hour we could havecancelled it and fed the kids. Then the fast they wouldn?t/couldn?t give us a refund or even store credit for the order isabsolutely ridiculous! Save your time and order from ANYWHERE else! - edited- it has now been 2 hrs and 20 min and out driversupposedly ?got lost? and is ?almost there?. Still no pizza. Read more

Had an absolutely horrible experience with one of the drivers. Ordered our pizza at about 730 and the driver got lost called me... frustrated I try to guide him in to where we live and he still couldn?t find it. When he did find us he drove by screamingobscenities out the window. About 45 minutes later the manager of the store brought us our pizza. The food was cold and it tookan hour and a half to get our food. Not one time or we offered a rebate or to have our food for free not that we were lookingfor free food but an hour and a half is a little ridiculous. I then proceeded to get a hold of corporate the following Mondayand have not heard anything back from them at all. We will never order from Domino?s ever again Read more
