I ordered a burrito bowl, the steak was so old it was not edible I decided right away it was not worth complaining about. I was... able to eat around it. No hot sauce or forks had to eat with a spoon. The dining area and bathroom was filthy. Trash cans inthe dining area and bathroom were overflowing onto the floor. No soap or paper towels in the bathroom. Two female employeeswere working at the time. The one that I am assuming is the manager did not look up from her phone the entire 45 minutes I wasthere. She was standing in front of the cash register but when it was time for her to do some work she left leaving all aspectsof running the restaurant to the other employee. After a long track record over the last several years of poor food quality,service and cleanliness I will not return to this location. Read more
Only one there, 3 people taking care of me, yet mass confusion. I ordered a burrito, a taco bowl, and a kids quesadilla. ... Simple enough. As one guy was taking my burrito order another was shouting at me to tell him what went on the taco bowl. Manage my way through that then out comes an adult quesadilla. I told him that I had ordered the kids meal and that I wanted anapplesauce and a milk. The 3rd guy at the counter is now asking me what else I want - chips and a drink - and now the first guyis ringing something into the cash register. After I paid guy #3 hands me a cup - I tell him he forgot the milk and he says Iordered a kids soft drink and that he would have to re-ring it to give me a milk. I asked again and he finally just gave me themilk but seemed put out by the request. Never was given a receipt so not sure what I was actually charged for but was justhappy I got food. Got home and it was not up to normal Q standards. Qdoba overall is good but this location is suspect. Beenthere twice, both times have convinced me to think twice next time and go next door to Illegal Burger or the Mexican place. Read more
Food was good but I did Not want to go in and they absolutely refused to take my order or help me with the menu on the phone.... They said I had to order online but I was unable to get my questions answered online , and the menu that came up had no prices.I finally had to go in and no one in the line had masks. I showed them a photo on their website of what looked good and theyweren’t sure what it was. What I ended up with was good, but since it was custom I still have no way to order it online fornext time, if I go again. Read more
Had takeout last night and everything was awesome. Girl helping was very fast, accurate and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend... as we like the options and service better than the competitors. Read more
This place was dirty! There was garbage on the soda counter. There was garbage on almost every table. The floor had multiple... spills and no wet floor signs. They were not busy. Staff was friendly. Read more
The burrito I just got was so odd. It had 60% of the normal weight/serving as a normal burrito, then they wrapped it as a five... inch wide, 3/4 inch high flat burrito shape. Then folded it in half. I want the other 40% of my burrito lol. They also gave me afull sugar coke instead of a diet: some people can’t actually drink full sugar soda, so I just have this bottle of sugar thatI have to give to someone else. Seriously though, the burrito had me cracking up, then really hungry. Read more

I normally love your food but I got very sick from the taco salad.
