I placed a online order for 2 sandwiches that were to be toasted and I live less then a mile away and when I got home and went... to take a bite the sandwich was so cold amd soggy, the steak was almost frozen. I called the store 5 times to get ahold ofsomeone to be told I could bring my sandwich back and they would toast it. Then said they were sorry he couldn't replace it andif intried microwaving it. There was no manager in shift and I was told that the owner isn't scheduled until after Tuesday. Read more

The place was filthy when I walked in. Cardboard boxes everywhere. Entire eating area was covered in boxes. When I went to the... counter, there was nobody there and it took five minutes to get someone's attention. The guy working acted scared when hefinally came out from, I'm guessing the back? I get home with the sandwiches. A turkey and a meatball. Wife gets halfway intoher turkey sandwich when she finds some sort of maybe glob of hair with black plastic coating here and there. Placed a mobile app order today that was to be ready for pick up at 2:15pm. As I arrive the door has a note that said they are... closed at 2pm today, sorry for inconvenience. Since I had already paid for my sandwich and was confused as to why my order wentthrough if they were closed, I knocked on the door and waited for an employee that was cleaning to answer it. I showed my emailreceipt verifying purchase and he said sorry there was nothing he could do because they already closed the cash register. So norefund could be made. I asked why my order went through in the first place and he said they received it just 2 minutes beforeclosing. Sooooo why didn?t make the sandwich before cleaning up??? They directed me to a corporate number to call for a refundand after being on hold for 20 minutes I decided the 6 bucks and change wasn?t worth it. Horrible customer service all aroundand will not be visiting this location any time soon. Read more

What can I say..... I've always had a soft spot in my heart for a good ol' Subway sandwich. I've loved this restaurant chain... since I was a kid. That's good stuff. Read more

Food was good; however, the cashier didn't seem like he wanted to be there. I ordered a drink, and soup didn't get a drink till... later, and the cashier didn't fill the bowl of soup all the way. Read more
