Just opened up my pizza and this is what was delivered to me!!! I payed $30 plus a tip for this?!?!? Seriously? I called to get... a refund and all that I got was a $10 credit to a place that I will never order from again!! This is absolutely ridiculous! Imanage a restaurant myself in the Beverly neighborhood and if a guest received their food like this I 100% would make it right.I guess Barracos just doesn?t care about the product that represents the business or about their paying customers. This justdoesn?t seem right to me. I?m disappointed more than anything in the quality of service. I would be ashamed to take someone?shard earned money for a pizza that was delivered like this! This place is super bad at making pizzas used to be good now is hot garbage. I order a large thin crust when I open the pizza I... thought somebody sharpie it. This dish in particular was NASTY! And I didn?t touch it or eat it! Instead of management trying to help resolve the issue or... give me another dish (That I had no issue paying for) she was RUDE and had a very nasty attitude and told me the only thing theycould do was box it up. THEN after I told her I wasn?t paying for something I didn?t like, she called the police on me. I wasnice enough to step outside of there establishment to not make a scene. Of course 5 police officers showed up for the seem to beANGRY BLACK WOMAN! All because I refused to Pay for something that was nasty. The police told me I wasn?t breaking a law, butalso told me I could be prosecuted for some chicken! Lol. I was cool until I saw how rude the management was. The pizza was delicious! I ordered pretty late but the food was still on point...I ordered the around the world and a sausage... and pepperoni pizzas... 3 stars cause Customer service could be much better... Great place, especially for a bridal shower. I am the matron of honor for my sister who is getting married next month. She... looked stunning and we had so much fun there. Great place for any showers. And all of the staff was so kind to us.Oh. and if youhave celiac disease, such as myself, you'll LOVE their gluten free pasta.
