Although I still continue to go to the one on 103rd and kedzie they are very rude and ignorant I want in there today DEC 29TH... the young guy ( with no mask on)was on this phone looked up at me continue on his phone then finally said can I help u actedlike he could barely move from the register to the lottery machine extremely rude is live in beverly so I try to stay close inthe neighborhood but its getting to be too much its it really that hard to have a better attitude when it comes to helpingcustomers PLEASE help me understand why the people that work there are so rude !!!!! The employees rather talk to each other and putz on their phones than help customers that come inside to pay. 3 employees behind... the counter and no one was standing at/in front of the "open" register. I inquired about an issue with the pump and wasresponded to as if I was bothering them. Little respect for customers and lack of professionalism.
