My plan was to order and iced coffee with carmel and a bit of milk. Pretty easy and something other locations have figured out.... Somehow the lady taking the order took forever to comprehend that simple order and kept repeating back buts and pieces to thepoint I had no idea what I was agreeing to. Ended up with something that I guess is coffee but is loaded up with a massiveamount of cream, not milk, and Carmel. I couldn't imagine how bad this would be if my order was larger. They make the best Signature Iced Caramel Latte's that I've had in a long time. I recommend this DD if you like fresh Donuts,... Sandwiches, but especially the Latte's made to your specifications! Read more

Went for a Sandwhich the bacon and egg weren?t cooked at all completely cold and bacon was raw . The hash brown were also stale

Management needs to get their staff in check. I've gone thru the drive-thru several times. The young ladies at the counter do an... adequate job most of the time -- not rude, but not very hospitable either. On a Sunday about 3 weeks ago, I stopped after churchfor an iced coffee. After leaving I realized my drink was leaking from a hole in the bottom of the cup (which leaked onto myclothes and into my car), so I drove back and explained. I was given a fresh drink, but not even an "I'm sorry for yourinconvenience." Today, after walking at Yukich, I stopped for an iced latte and was told they were out of milk, but they couldmake it with oat milk at a higher cost. What? How does a coffee shop run out of milk? And why not just sell it to me at the sameprice since you're out of regular milk? I refused and just drove around to the Dunkin' on Columbus. I will be avoiding thisDunkin' in the future. Read more
They are literally always out of everything? coffee, creamer, whole milk, 2%, skim, almond milk. This wasn?t just one occasion,... this is every time I?ve been here. The best is when they?re out of creamer, offer almond milk and then up-charge you becausethey can?t figure out inventory. Avoid at all costs. Oh, and they don?t wear masks!!!! Read more
This location has the WORST customer service. They don't even deserve one star, but i cant post this without selecting one. I... ordered an customized ice cream cake online on Aug 4 with confirmation it would be ready for pickup on Aug 7. When I arrivedthere, they could not find my order. Then, they had go get an ok from their manager to give me 2 smaller ready made cakes toreplace what I had ordered. I asked if they could even personalize it and I was denied. This was for my daughter's birthday. We were all upset!!! Afterwards, I complained to corporate who directed me back to their manager. The manager offered to send agift card in the mail, but it never came!! I reached out to the manager again and was given a response to just pick one up fromthe store. This store is one hour from my house. Only reason we ordered there in the first place was because it was near myinlaws' home where we had the party. I refused to drive there since it's an inconvenience. Worst customer service ever. Don't order anything there as they will likely never make it!! Read more
