This was absolutely horrible I got a cup of Mac and cheese that was so dry and I got a bowl of broccoli and cheddar with salad... bacon and they gave me a cup of broccoli instead of a bowl and the soup looks and tasted old! This potbelly location is not very good in terms of service. I walked in, tried to place my order at the sandwich station, and... waited for about 3 min. Since nobody greeted me or even saw me, I walked back to the register and made sure the staff saw me.They all had a "deer in headlights" look and nobody could figure out what to do once they saw me. The staff all had a "that'snot my job" approach as I could hear them asking if anyone had taken care of me. The manager sent someone over to take myorder, I placed it, and then had to explain my order 2 more times to the sandwich maker. She must've been new, and that is fine,but the lack of attentiveness prevents me from returning to this location. Read more
I have not visited a Potbelly location in more than a few years, so when my daughter suggested we stop in for lunch I thought,... why not? Not only was the service bad (order errors, lack of menu knowledge, and indifferent employees) but so was the food andthe dining area was dirty! There were no napkins in any of the dispensers, my daughter got paper towel from the bathroom, thebathroom! I hoped that my chocolate shake would make up for the underwhelming food and experience but unfortunately it tastedmore vanilla than chocolate, the entire experience was a waste of time and money. Service here at my visit today was just barely adequate. The guy at the drive thru was not particularly customer friendly. He... snatched the credit card hurriedly (no harm was intended) but it was abrupt. Did not smile or make any effort to appearfriendly. Did not say thank you or come again, or we appreciate the business. I haven?t even eaten the food yet, but myexpectations based on the service are not very high. Read more
I checked off that I did not want meatballs or capicola and they still put it on there!!!! This same location made the same... mistake several times when I went through the drive-through smh!!!!! When I have to pick off stuff that I didn?t ask for on thesandwich I?m also pulling off the sauce making my sandwich dry!!!! Please train workers to follow notes!!!! Asked for a Mediterranean with no hot peppers or cucumbers. Well my mouth was on fire because it had hot peppers on it and sure... enough cucumbers. Come on young people!!! This isn't fine dining but at least get the sandwich right a little. Read more
Came at 7 on a Saturday night and I was happy that for once they didn?t have a line. Got up to the speaker and they claimed to... not have any of the sandwiches that I originally planned to order. Got up to the the window and the cashier was laughing andjoking around with the people in the back. Ordered shakes and they were half full- not to mention it wasn?t the flavor I wanted-they were sold out of that too apparently. I?m officially done with this location.
