These losers sent me 4 waffle fries for an entire fries order. It took me 20 seconds to eat the entire thing, and it was almost... $8 after tax. Unbelievably disrespectful to give me that much food for the price. Close your business and commit not alive,thanks. Read more

My grandchild love pizza and after school this is the place he wants to get pizza. It is a bit expensive for a pizza slice,... about $6. The slices a big, but not for $6. The taste is of it isn't bad. It's ok, but tastes better if you can get it rightfrom the oven. Read more

I got the steak burger and wow! It was delicious! The waffle fries were good too! Marc the driver his customer service was... phenomenal tonight he got my food delivered 20 minutes ahead of schedule! Got some food to go. I had heard good things about this place. I ordered a Factory Burger and Factory Salad. The Factory Burger... was very tasty. A 6 oz. steakburger with smoked bacon bits, sliced avocado, bleu cheese and Chipotle mayo. Super delicious!!Comes with waffle fries. The Factory Salad is just plain delicious. Should've listened to the other 1 star reviews. Spent over $50 and it was a total waste of money. I ordered a sausage and... pepperoni calzone amongst other items. I guess their definition of sausage is actual links of Italian sausage sliced. On top ofthat there wasn't 1 piece of pepperoni in the one half of it. It was all on the one side. To make matters even better, it wasn'teven fully cooked. The outside crust was crispy as it should be. Beyond that it was a sloppy uncooked doughy mess. Didn't evenfinish it.
