Never will I ever patronize this place again 1st & last time. My food was dry & skimpy. The cashier thought it was funny because... I didn't want the steak quesadilla in the same box with the chicken quesadilla um separate orders. Had to explain I don't eatred meat. Their food LACKS flavor and seasoning. I don't even understand how it has a higher rating than 2! I've had better tacos EVERY... where BUT here! The ONLY meat that has flavor is the marinated chicken which means they need to MARINATE ALL their meat! Eventhe SALSA needs SEASONING, at least salt and pepper, instead it was watered down...I think the best thing I ate last night fromhere was the pickled spicy veggies smh! Ordered a torta combo, only to find out it doesn't come with rice or beans, they asked me what side I wanted figured it would be... an extra side. The Al pastor torta was okay the flavor was a bit bland. The agua de Jamaica was delicious. Paid 12 dollars for amedium size torta with grilled onions n a medium drink. Read more

Stopped in weekly and purchased 4 or 5 breakfast burritos at a time. Sadly, today is my last time. Price jump is too much. Went... from 16 dollars for four to 28.54. Wow. Call me if you become reasonable again. Value is no longer there. Nothing changed, butthe price. Speed was still slow, but acceptable for freshly made. Sorry guys, can't justify the price hike. Let me first say that I eat here often. I always say that the drive-thru option is one of the MAIN reasons I decided to try... them. Their food is always consistently GOOD. I've ordered steak tacos, quesadillas with and without meat, shrimp tacos,chicken tacos made with both grilled and marinated chicken. The steak tacos are always well seasoned and I add cheese along withthe cilantro and onions. Of the chicken tacos, I prefer the marinated because it has more of a fajita flavor. Their tortillachips are made fresh & DELICIOUS! Because we eat from here often, I decided to order a few pans of Tacos and rice(30 and 20)for my mom's 75th birthday. I also ordered guacamole and salsa with chips. It was my first time ordering pans of Tacos, so Ididn't know what to expect. They literally prepare the tacos with meat and place them in foil pans. Your condiments are on theside (lettuce, tomato, onions, cilantro, green/red sauce). Unfortunately I arrived home to find out that they forgot to give memy pan of 30 tacos. Called the restaurant to let them know...long story short...Cristian the manager was so apologetic about themix-up that at first he offered a credit, but then extended the apology and drove to my house and dropped off the pan of 30tacos. I did not live too far, but considering that it was our first snowfall of the season, I APPRECIATE HIM & HIS AWESOMECUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will ALWAYS support this business because they went OVER & BEYOND. I don't live in a bad neighborhood BUTconsidering the climate we live in (ppl getting carjacked), I don't think I would have pushed for him to deliver the order thatwas mistakenly not included.
