As usual the burger was nice and hot. Extra pickles delicious just the way I like it. The service was also pleasant.
Whenever, I go to White Castle I only really purchase two regular Castle burgers. However I ask for extra ketchup and extra... pickles on the burgers. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes not!!!! This time no!! so I had to drive around into aparking space and walk into their restaurant. They- the manager made it right. And because of the food code policy I wasallowed to keep the prior burgers with a couple packs of ketchup to go. Read more
I visited this particular White Castle around 10:00 a.m. the drive-thru was crowded so I went inside. There were workers in the... kitchen area cooking and so forth and I stood at the counter for a while and no one would wait on me. I don't know if they don'taccept inside orders or are they just accepting orders online inside but I do believe someone should have acknowledged mypresence there. Today September 13th 626pm I experienced the worst customer service at this location. The food looked old the fries were dark... and hard. I had already waited 7 minutes at the drive thru window before someone even answered to take my order then it’spoorly made and thrown in a bag! I never try to stop at this location because of the ignorant kids that work there. The cashierwas rude the service was poor and the management is nonexistent. Terrible service from beginning to end. You wait for 5 minutes minium to have your order taking in the drive through with no one... else at the store. Then it's 15 minutes to get your order. Your lucky if it's correct or hot Read more
We waited 35 minutes before our order was ready. We asked for everything on our hamburgers and extra picked. I had one pickle... on my plain cheeseburger. My order was right and my food was hot. Lately, our orders have been wrong from pretty much every restaurant. I don't make... difficult orders but the orders be pretty big but they got it right. I also order online to make it easier for both of us. Read more
I love White Castle but this location sucks only because of the employees. They seem like they don't care about looking or... acting halfway like they want to be there. Rarely do they get my order right and whenever I don't check my order before leaving,it's normally wrong. And not wrong as in I got the wrong soda. But wrong as in some items missing from my order. This locationis the closest to my house so this is the one I frequent. Just yesterday I asked for an Alaskan Pollock slider, and the man saidthey were out. Then asked me twice what I said. Then asked me "what is that ". How do you know you're out of something if youdon't even know what I'm talking about??!! I'm reading off the menu, I'm not making this stuff up. Anyway, whether there's oneperson in line or 5 you'll have a very long wait then having to deal with workers with bad attitudes doesn't help.
