I've loved Holly's pies for a few years now - they are delicious! Last year, I reached out to Holly to see if she could provide... pies for my husband and I's wedding celebration. She was very responsive and easy to work with from the start, gave me clearpricing information from the very start, and showed up the day of ready to serve incredibly delicious hot pies! After they wereserved, everyone I chatted with started off by asking where the pies were from, and several folks have said it was some of thebest wedding food they'd ever had. I would highly recommend Holly's Meat Pies for a meal for yourself or for your special event. My personal favorites are the pork empanada, chicken pot pie, and broccoli cheddar. We also served several of the southwestvegan pies (we had several guests who are vegan / have dairy allergies) - our guests LOVED them and the extra vegan pies all gotsnapped up right away. We are so excited to have some leftover pies in the fridge and freezer this week to enjoy as we wrapthings up after our party. Thank you Holly! Read more

Don't eat here. If you do, you will become addicted to their pies, eat far too many of them and forever have a freezer full of... more should you ever get hungry again. Holly is super friendly and can be found in the shop often, taking your order andhelping you decide which flavors you can't live without. She has another shop in Bellingham which may be helpful since yousimply can't find anything comparable anywhere at any price. Read more

Hearty pasties with very good crust. Best of all, the lemon bars. Strong citrus flavor that is not overwhelmed with sweet,... like most lemon treats. Read more

Wholesome ingredients, smiling service, happy baker. Easy covered curb order pick up or ring the bell and you can fill your... order on the spot. If you want a great drive, especially in fall colors, I recommend picking up Pasty (frozen and limited hotones) as your destination. Authentic Pasty. Authentic bakery. Absolutely charming "buy local" business that will warm yourheart. Must visit. Read more

I heard about this small restraunt when a friend had a TON of mini pies made for her wedding dessert.. I looked the website up... and saw that they made MEAT PIES and it peaked my interest... it took me 5 years to make it up to Everson since I'm 45 minutesaway.. But BOY AM I GLAD I DID!!! I Ordered 8 of the meat pies (a couple for my for my mom as well) and The gal I think her namewas Trisha gave us a few extra but I didnt realize it until I got home, I called to let her know and ended up paying for themand IM ACTUALLY THANKFUL about it CAUSE THEY ARE LITERALLY THAT GOOD!!! We got the chicken pot pie, pot roast and only 1 Chickencurry (never tried curry before..).. well, we ended up making one of each to test them out and let me tell yah they were ALLDELICIOUS ????!! I wish I would have ordered 10 of the chicken curry, IT WAS SO YUMMY!! THIS PLACE IS LIKE A SECRET GEM INSUCH A QUAINT SMALL TOWN!!! IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!? I have a feeling we might be taking regularroad trips back up and telling Everyone we know that they HAVE to try it for themselves! PLEASE NOTE, I PURCHASED THE FROZENPIES AND MADE AT HOME.. Trisha recommended to cook at 375 for 40 minutes (from Frozen!)Also, I brushed the tops with a littlebit of butter before baking so the crust was golden, flakey buttery deliciousness!! Read more
