Whoever the opener is at this location, never has the store open on time in the morning. On your open hours both places say open... at 7 yet doors are always closed up until almost 8. I have stopped more then once in the morning and the opener consistentlydoesn?t open doors even tho they are there.. I see the same vehicle every morning when I pass it. Read more
If they arnt participating then they should say so on the front my boyfriend and I went in to get food and see if they were and... they weren't. There wasn't any signs saying they weren't or anything. They also have a sign up inside for a deal that they arealso not doing because of covid, I would strongly suggest that they first off put up signs stating what events they areparticipating in and second off making sure all the signs inside are up to date on the events going on with subway. Horrible customer service. We came in, with no other customers there, and no greeting whatsoever, proceeded to wait five minutes... for what was presumably a to go order, with no eye contact even. Out of the bread we both wanted. No communication or eyecontact throughout her making our sandwiches. The person with the to go order comes in to get it and she slides it across thecounter without eye contact to them. They had to ask if they needed to sign for anything. Rude when I asked a question andalmost overcharged us for an extra drink. Read more
It's subway, have it your way. It's fresh, it's clean and it's perfect for on the go. Everything in their sandwiches has always... tasted amazing. Always friendly people and the employees are constantly patient with the costumers. Also it's healthy, dependingon what your getting. Keep up the great work. Read more
Not very impressed. The steak sandwich looked like pulled mush. They had no wheat bread. The bread they had was very hard on the... ends. The poor girl making our sandwiches was new, she seemed to get very little directions. The veggies (cheapest part of asandwich) was very light as was the dressing. Then they forgot to cut all 3 sandwiches. Next time I want to spend $25 I willhead to the supermarket to make them myself. I would get better value. Read more
Their new cheesey garlic bread is so good. Went there the other night when the power was out in Kendall area. And the only... worker was working his bee hind off. Never rude as pleasant as could be and had almost nothing left. He did the very best hecould. Read more
Came in with a large order, I tried web site before so we could just pick up. Website was not working. Tried calling with no... answer. So we came in. 7 sandwiches. No line. Staff were rude. Rolled their eyes at how many sandwiches we were getting. Snarkyservice. Will not be coming back to this location ever. I'll take my business elsewhere. Thanks for being rude to me and mychildren.
