Nicely laid out, albeit slightly smaller square footage, location with friendly staff and amply cooked and ready entreés. I've... rarely had to wait longer than a few minutes and all items almost always tend to be available. I always visit earlier in the dayrather than at night so I don't know about the late evening experience, but this location is great to visit in the afternoon andearly evening. Probably one of the worst Pand Express experiences I?ve ever had. 30 minutes before closing and they have almost nothing and are... informing customers that they will NOT be making more food. They also do not let you try any samples so don?t ask, causeapparently they don?t do that here. Not sure if that changed but during Covid I was able to ?try a sample? at Kapolei every timeI went there (which is a lot). There are 7 employees. Nothing be made, nothing stocked, no forks, spoons or napkins. I will notbe coming back to this location again. And no ?they are about to close? does not come into play 30 minutes prior when they arelegitimately turning away customers as a result of them refusing to cook. Looked like they started cleaning at 8pm so the callwas made earlier to stop cooking for guests. Read more
I order 3 plates to go and when i got home and tried the food the fried rice is UNCOOKED! very disappointing, everytime i buy... from this store there's always a problem, last time i order plate they forgot to put the walnut shrimp, Now i have to come backand return it, so humbug ???? Read more
I'm gonna start saying that I'm not a huge fan of Panda but the fact that they have all their veggies chopped up in clear... containers, inside clear fridges for everyone to see was awesome. The place is really clean and, at least for me, everything wasfresh, made pretty much on the spot, and hot; nothing was cold or warm when I got home, which for me is a big plus. Food quality is good for what it is, reasonably priced Chinese food. Biggest issue is that the seem unable to make food when... requested in online orders. I've done several online orders for specific pickup times and I have yet to have the food ready whenI get there at the request time or after. Worst case is it being ready over 15 minutes after the requested time. Read more

Food was dry, service and staff were not caring. One was asleep in the dining area. I also myself and the lady wanted Cho fun,... and we were refused. Food was dry and portions were small. Manager unhelpful. Read more
