The Maynards wharf is an awesome place to grab some food and drinks with a beautiful view of lake Minnetonka. Seating is first... come first serve on the wharf so that’s something to be mindful of if you plan to eat there with a larger group or during peaktimes. There a is also a far amount of boat parking if you are coming by water and excelsior bay is minimum wake making itfairly easy to get in and out. The food is very good and very reasonably priced for what you get although it’s worth notingthat the wharf menu is smaller then what’s available inside. I personally recommend the frannie’s chicken salad which iseveryone’s classic favorite. Their honey mustard sauce is epic so try that if you have the option. Read more
I came here to eat with my family. The restaurant is next to the lake and I noticed that all of the servers and hosts, who were... working when I went to eat, are thin and attractive. Our server was also friendly and was good at her job. They have both indoorand outdoor seating. My family all ordered American food. My burger tasted great! Read more
Views and location are fantastic. Certain menu options are overpriced or small portion size (i.e. salmon). Fish and chips were... decent. Note, in peak hours, parking is a challenge. Service was quick and helpful. Part of the restaurant is open toreservations, part is only first come-first serve, which is convenient. Read more

Maynards is a treasure for the locals. Situated on beautiful lake Minnetonka, the restaurant is staffed with friendly, courteous... employees that immediately make you feel welcome and at home.
