I'll start with the decent. Our waitress did seem to try, but that being said it wasn't good service. I ordered a drink and... waited 20 minutes for it. It was supposed to be a swirl margarita which I guess it was. But it was lazily made, other than thatfood was bland. The fries for me were kind of hard and no seasoning. The mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders were hard as a rock and were dark brown. Rice was hard. Have been here many times and... this was by far the worse. I know everyone is short staffed but you never serve anything you would not eat. Saving grace was thewaitress. She was very good. Read more
What a disaster! This places issues have issues. Staff- I do not know if anyone there knows what's going on. One of the... hostesses literally walked around the restaurant non-stop talking to themselves, arguing with the other hostess, and at onepoint broke down in tears then asked other members of the staff for encouraging words. Incredible. Food was ok once I went andfound it in the warmer and asked my non-existent waiter to please bring it out. I'm not even breaking the surface of what waswitnessed this evening. Not exaggerating when I say it was so spectacularly bad that I may return only to see if the entirestaff has been replaced. No one there tonight will soon forget that meal! Read more
Unfortunately they were short staffed. New girl followed her trainer around like a lost puppy. No tea or beer available. The... water that was served was cloudy. Took longer to get our change back than to order and get our meal. So sad. Used to be agreat place for excellent service and food. A true sign of the times....ugh!! Read more
This restaurant experience was pretty much a disaster. We got a waitress who was complaining about no training, couldn't... remember our order, didn't bring us napkins or silverware, and we had to get other servers to get our refills. I ordered ahamburger medium. The burger was literally raw in the center. Of course I didn't find that out until I bit into it expecting tohave a wonderful hamburger so I actually bit a quite a big bite. My wife and I were in the middle of a conversation and so Ireally didn't look down at my hamburger. I went to bite into it a second time and there was literally raw hamburger in themiddle. The manager on duty was notified and said he would bring me another hamburger. When he did finally bring me ahamburger, it was over-done and then forgot my fries. My stomach by that time of course was very upset eating the rawhamburger. The appetizer were chicken wings. The chicken wings were overcooked and the sauce was very thick so you received alarge dollop of sauce rather than just a dip of it. The fries never did show up until we were ready to leave. And so they putit in a bag. What am I supposed to do with cold fries? I asked for the remainder of my soft drink to put in a to-go glass. Itwas put in one of those coffee type glasses, with a straw stuck in that flip up plastic lid. Luckily it didn't spill in the carride home. I was taking several Tums by the time I went to bed. Our waiter was excellent. They serve Pepsi products but don't have Pepsi. Ordered the Southwest Chicken bowl the the Pico is... really hot taste wise next time will have it left off. Everyone else love what they ordered. Read more
Terrible....as you can see the fryer clearly needs to be cleaned, as those are burnt bits of who knows what in the bottom of the... burnt/broken wontons.The cheese sauce on the Mac and cheese was chunky and a whole 3 tomatoes or pieces of tomatoes, on mysalad. Greeted with a warm smile seated right away. They where kind enough to pull down the blinds so the sun wasn't blinding us. Our... server got us drinks and appetizer right away. The wait for our food was not long at all. The food was great I got the chickenstripes with fries. My girlfriend had the chicken Alfredo she didn't like the chicken on the top of the noodles because it wasBBQ. Which she said tasted a bit strange with the Alfredo sauce.
