Poor quality of food. The workers do as least as possible to serve the need of the public. They are always out of some sort of... food and if it's close for them to switch over from breakfast then they have no biscuits. It is a poorly ran establishment. Drive a little extra time to Kearney and enjoy the Burger King there. Read more
Every time I place a mobile order, I'm asked to pull around front as it's never ready. Often times, the person who brings the... food out to the car is unfriendly...no smile or thank you...just a "here you go". Read more

So the Burger King drive-through in Excelsior Springs does not open until 6 AM apparently. I pull up to the menu to order at... 5:57 AM and I continuously get very annoying automated voice saying, ?our store is closed please come back later, our store isclosed please come back later on?? and on and on never stopping. I had to back up in the drive through line like a car?s lengthto wait two minutes to be able to order when everyone inside is looking at me knowing I?m here. Is the additional three minutesreally going to make or break your ability to serve me at 6 AM as opposed to 5:57 AM? Maybe it is just my age? Those extra mileswere taken for customers on a daily basis and opening three minutes early was a no-brainer. This generation is killing ourcountry and our economics. Read more
Night and Day from the old crew! I felt like my business was Wanted and I was even valued! Didn't wait long but it looked like... there were more customers than when I had stopped by before. Before, I was thinking I may not go back there, but now, I feellike I've found Excelsior's best kept secret! New management = New Life! Whoppers are Delicious and Fresh as could be! Waited at the Drive-thru speaker for probably 10 minutes prior having my order taken. Proceed to wait another 5 minutes for 16... nuggets, and a single fry/drink, with zero cars ahead of me in line, and they don't even give me the correct beverage. Read more
