The two blonde lady's at 3pm today are rude as ever and spoke to the team with no respect. I spoke up for the associate. Get new... management. It hasn't improved since I worked here in 2015. It's absolutely sad how unorganized and high-school this place is.Kinda rule number one not to do all the back and fourth to where customers can hear you. Food hot and front help was amazing. The drive thru was completely wrapped around the building and a few families inside, cashier was friendly. The tables were all... sticky so we sat at the pub table, which was also sticky. We got our food timely, but was missing our 6 piece and 4 piecenuggets, after asking 3 times for my 4 piece I finally got it and that was when we realized we were also missing the 6 piece butwhen I told the lady that she rolled her eyes and acted like I was lying. So I gave up. We ate our cold nasty fries and chokeddown the burgers and got out of there. Also the sprite was empty and didn't have a sign so that was fun. I probably won't goback to this location. I would have expected fresh fries at least since it was so busy, but they tasted and consistency ofhaving been microwaved. Read more
Love their breakfast burritos! Had to wait a while. Only two people working, one taking orders, one cooking. I felt sorry for... them both, it was very busy. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese McGriddles w/out the bacon. I received 2 sausage and cheese McGriddles. I paid over $10 for 2... sandwiches? I?m vegetarian, I can?t eat this. Idk what?s up but you guys need to pay better attention. Read more
Meal takes forever with no reason for it. One person manning tills, but not taking orders. Order machines don't let you order... without table number that isn't used. Order was missing 3 items without a reason. Floor must have been scrubbed with grease.Slid through out the whole restaurant. Expensive, slow and messed up too much for a small meal. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Everybody in the back was so loud talking about fighting people, arguing with eachother,... complaining about customers, calling customer's names. I ordered a medium fry, as I was waiting one person walked up to me itwas super snotty asking what I wanted and what I was waiting for? I had to tell her I ordered fries 3 times for her tounderstand that I was waiting on my fries, and for another girl in the back saying i needed medium fries. She walked back andthey said somethi g to eachother and started laughing. I have no doubt they were talking bad about me now. This is possibly the worst McDonalds I have been to. You sit in line for about 15-20 minutes minimum even if they aren't busy.... They consistently make the order wrong, and then it looks like these pictures. They can't even get the stuff on the burger. Itlooks like they stand back and throw everything on it. The food is always cold even when I check it in the car and the burgerstaste like they are old 8 times out of 10. 9 times out of 10 the fries are barely edible. Read more
I would like to put no stars but that?s not possible! I was in the store and my McDouble came out with a cockroach on my patty!... This was on 10/27/2022 around 4 and I spoke a lady whom said her name was Bre she told me to eat it anyway because she wasn?tgoing to replace it!!
