Ordered several times since we moved out to Lawson in May and this hut is by far the best we've had in the kc metro. Accurate... orders every time, pizzas look picture perfect, great customer service. I even got there early and they threw it through quickfor me! Great staff. Manager is super proud of what she does and does great work! Super happy and will keep coming back. Read more
Pizza was burnt . Made a call in & they were out of certain things was not aware of that when I placed the order. Next time I... went the pizza was burnt again. This last time I was read back my order which was 1 medium pepperoni and 1 medium hamburger.When I gave them my name I was handed 1 medium and 1 large. 3 Strikes & I'm done. Customer service was horrible. Manager hung up in my face. Refused to refund my order. Talked over me. Would not let me speak.... Even after I drove there, (all employees standing outside smoking) refused to remake order, called me a liar, refused torefund. Young Men with a little authority. "Your I'm the the Customer won't work here, I guarantee you." My GM will agree withme. They got my money today. But karma will get you all. ???? Horrible experience in Excelsior Springs. Read more
