Ordered several times since we moved out to Lawson in May and this hut is by far the best we've had in the kc metro. Accurate... orders every time, pizzas look picture perfect, great customer service. I even got there early and they threw it through quickfor me! Great staff. Pizza was burnt . Made a call in & they were out of certain things was not aware of that when I placed the order. Next time I... went the pizza was burnt again. This last time I was read back my order which was 1 medium pepperoni and 1 medium hamburger.When I gave them my name I was handed 1 medium and 1 large. 3 Strikes & I'm done. Customer service was horrible. Manager hung up in my face. Refused to refund my order. Talked over me. Would not let me speak.... Even after I drove there, (all employees standing outside smoking) refused to remake order, called me a liar, refused torefund. Young Men with a little authority. "Your I'm the the Customer won't work here, I guarantee you." My GM will agree withme. They got my money today. But karma will get you all. ???? Horrible experience in Excelsior Springs. Read more

I have been using the on line app for 3 years now and still have no complaints. Food delivered hot and fresh and prepared as... ordered. And arrives within the 30 minute period as promised. Ty and keep up the great work. Read more
Sitting here still waiting on our order that wasn?t ready at the pickup time (not sure why because there?s only two customers... inside so not like they?re slammed). But it?s cool, two of the cooks are outside taking a smoke break and a cashier is out inthe parking lot making out with her boyfriend. Last time here. Kept giving this place another chance but it has consistently badservice and the food quality isn?t on par with others in the chain (and that?s not saying a lot since it?s Pizza Hut). Read more
Ordered online and needed to change delivery location and tried for 25 minutes to get an English speaking person on the phone at... excelsior springs mo. Pizza Hut and no one ever answered the phone. The only human that I spoke to transferred me because hecouldn?t understand English. It?s impossible to get an employee on the phone. Read more
