Lexus was very sweet and kind when taking our order. We had our food fast as well.
Went to order only to be greeted in dirty voice of ?dine in and you two girls could get lucky today? because there?s lots of men... in here. Takes forever to order because she couldn?t figure out computer and then the order took 25 minutes to receive evengoing in to order. (The food was cold and the Mexican pizza tasted like stale oil) We watched another woman start yellingbecause the system was not working and screaming at another to get up front to delete transaction. Shaking the computer screenand shaking her head wildly and walking off. Mind you the area was full of people setting and waiting for food. We watched thekitchen and how extremely slow they were and griping how each other doesn?t k know how to read the incoming orders on screen.We?ve all seen people in the kitchen and there wasn?t any momentum to get done. The outside was all around building and when thesystem didn?t work she said aggressively in speaker to outside to just come in if you really want to order food today. I will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again. Besides the fact that they are incapable of making food correctly, the older heavyset... lady started throwing things at me because I complained they didn't make the food right. She told me "If you don't like how wemake our food then don't come back." She slammed the window so hard the doors bowed. I have NEVER been treated the way thishorrible woman treated me. Who throws stuff at people. I was outside the door, but that's not the point... It was clearly thrownat me. This woman needs to be fired. This happened to me in August and I'm still fuming so hard I finally came in and wrote areview. I called and complained to Taco Bell corporate and someone was supposed to call me back but no one ever did. Taco Bellas a whole should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. Food is ok, but it's the closest taco bell so on occasion we've driven thru. Tonight we were on our way home and decided to... swing through, seemed dark but we pulled around and drive thru menu was off. It stated their hours were until 10pm, and I wasjust before 9 when we stopped by. Pulled to the parking lot where an employee was talking with someone and asked if they wereclosed. Her reply was "I don't know I'm off." ???????? Pretty ridiculous way to treat potential customers. Do not recommend. Read more
Drive thru is never open, constantly blocked with a trash can. Employees seem like that absolutely hate their job, no enthusiasm... or care toward anything. The food quality is awful. Here's my crunch wrap? My hard taco was soggy by the time I got home, whichis a five minute drive. I hate going here. Definitely needs a new staff or better management. Read more
Food is mostly good. No lobby. Wanna order 1 thing for lunch? 20 minutes in line. Ask an employee? None know anything about the... place. Never a manager there. But sure, let's blame covid for slow service???? and not enough employees. And burned chips. Sohard and dark the only thing good was the nacho cheese. Updated 10/23 and they've raised their prices, out of almost everythingand 20 minute wait in the drive thru. Enjoy, not. 11/17 sat in line for 15 minutes, didn't even order anything and drove off. 3employees, don't hire anyone or have more people. No lobby. Waste of my lunch ???? ???????????? I'm already paying youroverpriced "fast" food prices. But waste my time, gas and don't care about it. Good job Taco Bell. Read more
Having a combo restaurant is the worst. They don't have the full menu, no breakfast items like advertised on TV. The staff often... don't know what items they fo have, and are often out of specialty items. Then you get home and the order is wrong, bit youcan't call in because the phone never gets answered.
