We visit Frosty King in Exeter often. Always in hopes the service/food would be better. Unfortunately that isn't always the... case. As a customer stated below, he ordered a banana shake and there was no banana in it. Be careful when you point out yourorder was wrong because that's when the staff attitude comes out. The staff is not friendly. Rarely do you see a smile. Additionally, you could call in your order but they don't answer the phone so good luck with that. We have found it worth thedrive to Farmersvilles Rainbow Drive in. Staff there is happy to see you and will gladly replace something if your order isn'tcorrect. I?ll go out of my way on the 198 to come here for the banana milk shake. It reminds me of the banana shakes I used to get as a... kid back east. The food for me is a small step above your typical fast food joint. I don?t necessarily come for the food as muchas the shakes but you can?t beat the price. I?ve gotten the burgers, burritos, and tortas and everything has been tasty andsatisfying. Read more
Tried for 1st time and won't go back. Food was very bland, no seasoning. I make better burgers at home. Just a waste of money... ????. Maybe we're supposed to ask for seasoning? Idk. I?ve lived in the town for 10 years- and every year this place gets Worse. Rude Staff and take forever /. Higher some... people- And the owners refuse to hire local people to work there As a test 1 day I dropped off my son to order a cheeseburgerspecial I drove to Rainbow in Farmersville, I ordered the same meal, Rainbow was cheaper, burger was bigger / and I was back inExeter with my food before My Son got his Order and there were more customers at Rainbow on that day Definitely need anotherburger house in Exeter Read more

More of a 3.5-3.8. Stopped by here while I was passing through and ordered the chicken strip basket (about $9 with tax). Filled... me up but the fry to chicken ratio was a bit off, with more fries than chicken. They don't add much salt to their fries, which Ilike, but I was a bit underwhelmed with the size and taste of the chicken strips; they were nothing special but they were okay.It's a spot worth trying and one I might stop by again to try something else out. I used to LOVE this place for lunch, when I worked in Exeter! Their bacon cheeseburgers, shakes & malts (that rival any other)... and crinkle cut fries, that actually taste like potato! Will be back!! 5 stars easy! Read more
