It was all very confusing for me. Lots of teenagers behind the counter and not one asked if they could help me or if I'd like to... order. I finally had to ask a kid cutting meat behind the counter "How can I order a sandwich here"... I read a review whichrecommended their Ranch Chicken sandwich. It was pretty good... The customer service was awful in fact there is no customerservice here. They're all teenagers and could care less. It is what it is. You're better off going to the grocery store nextdoorto them and making your own sandwiches at home. Read more

We pickup here often. Always have a good experience. Fresh sandwiches, clean store, friendly staff, quick service. Pretty much... all you can ask for. Last week we had our first bad experience, just a mix-up with the sandwiches. I filled out a form tocomplain on their website (not something I usually do because I hate complainers), and within a few hours received a call fromthe owner Matt. I had family coming in for the weekend and didn?t know what to do for lunch! I ordered subs online and it was so easy. There are... so many ways to customize which makes it easy to find something for every kind of eater! I prepaid and when I went to pick up myorder everything was placed nicely in the bag! All of the guys in the store are so friendly and greet you as soon as you walkin! I HIGHLY reccomend if you are in the Exeter/Stratham area! 10/10 stars! ???? Read more
A friend recommended this sub shoppe saying that the sandwich ???? he had was a 9.5 out of 10. I asked why not 10? He said... nothing is a 10, other than himself. Curious about his recommendation and that I visited the Jersey Mike's in Newburyport, Istopped by and ordered a Big Kahuna Chicken ???? Cheese Steak.It did taste good ????. Ordering was easy. I saw a curbsidedelivery and the staff, all nine of them, possibly more, hustling to fill counter and online orders. Staff members that Iencountered were very friendly. Facemasks are optional. Hand ???? sanitizer available. Only issues; the food is rather pricey.But with the disruption with supply, rising costs in transportation, meats and employment due to Covid-19, I can understand thecosts involved in running a business. Another issue, the place is very loud ????. Music ???? was blaring which, I think ????,made everyone raise their voices so they could be heard. I had a difficult time understanding the staff through their ????facemasks. Also, they could ask what kind of bread ???? you want for your sandwich ????. I have short term memory and I keepforgetting to mention it. Then I kick myself. Subway always asks. Located at the plaza where Hannaford's is. Parking ????? outfront is limited, but, there's more in front of the plaza. I recommend a visit if you like a good sub. Glad the first Jersey Mike's in this area finally opened in Exeter. Excellent sandwiches. Great variety to pick from.... Vegetables were fresh. Ordering was easy and pickup was quick. Easy to reach off the highway. Highly recommended. Read more
