We ordered a 20 piece nugget with two medium fries and all of our food was cold. The nuggets look like they were cooked at lunch... and left in the warmer...I have worked at mc Donald's years ago and these are DEFINITELY older than hour. Gross. Very disappointed with the app, not working properly and with the service as with management unable to do anything when the app... is not processing through there system And then asking me to pay a (second time) cash even when could show food was paid for onapp already and didn't bring cash with me because ordered and paid on there app, Even tryed to get me to pay a bigger total ontop of that, cause I wouldn't be paying with app the (second time) so deals would not be applied. I left hungry, never got toeat on my lunch break and I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my service today. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches at the drive through. The buns were so stale and dry I was actually looking for mold. I had a... sleeping child in the car otherwise I would have gone back inside. I was stunned with how clean this facility is! Neat. We stopped for a quick meal on our way home and was pleasantly surprise... with great working, positive, quick service. I wish all of Mc. I gave a four star rating for McDonald's, yeah McDonald's, for the service and my daughter loves the french fries. I think... McDonald's food always tastes a little processed, but, that is the business it is. The drive thru has multiple places to orderand they have never mixed up my order. Inside does take a bit of a beating from customers. Bathrooms are okay. Update: Sundayafternoon, November 2020; Quick service at drive thru. Order was accurate.
