The restaurant in Exeter, Ontario served me a Suasage Egger that was disgusting. The bun was dried out and crunchy, the egg... simply fell apart as I tried to eat it, and the cheese was dried out. This must have been on the hot plate for quit a while. Themanager served me and didn't even bother to greet me or make eye contact. Simply slid the meal over to me and walked away.Serves me right for thinking of grabbing a quick bit to eat in Exeter. Overall experience was that it ruined my day! Neveragain! Read more

The only thing I didn't like about my experience there was the manager yelling at the employees constantly and swearing I had... my kids there. Other people had their kids there I would get the place a one star for the way the manager treated the employeesand the words coming out of his mouth. But the other employees were amazing so I decided to give the place three because of theother employees. Took the grandkids here after the beach. Felt like we were interrupting the employees. I don't think you can make a burger... patty any smaller. I had the momma burger could not get over the size. Worst customer experience. Terrible when they have a strong marketing campaign and the instore experience is horrible. Stood... there for five minutes without anyone being present at the register. Store was disgusting, garbage everywhere ,counters haven'tbeen wiped down. And the manager treated the employees horribly yelling at them all and giving them attitude. Will not bereturning. Read more
Stopped in here with my mom and a friend, and I honestly don't know why people eat here anymore. The food was okay and the... service was good but to me A&W is just so over priced and not worth it. I'd honestly take a McChicken or an Original Chickenover a chubby chicken anyday. Read more
