Went through the drive thru with the wife tonight and got a couple blizzards in Exeter. On the drive thru sign it says served... upside down or the next one is free. They didn't flip either of the Blizzard's over and when I asked for my free small Blizzardcoupon the young lady said that they don't do that in drive thru and said she wouldn't honor what the sign says even aftershowing her the picture of what the sign says. (Picture shared below). I've been to many Dairy Queens and every single oneflips the blizzard over and if they don't and you call them on it they will give you the small Blizzard coupon. So why is itonly Exeter that doesn't do this and won't honor what is clearly stated on the sign? This also isn't the first time I havebrought this up while getting a blizzard. Your teenage staff would rather argue then do their jobs properly or honor what dairyqueen offers on their own menu when you ask them to. Read more
This is a regular place we visit...just for the convenience... definitely not the attitudes we're given but we do get what we... order. Our last visit a week ago I noticed the buffalo sauce used was different...but I know suppliers are getting harder to getitems from. Read more
Took the family out for ice cream and some food tonight, when i returned the order of small onion rings (which should of been... large), i was pleasant about the mix up, but cannot say the same for the young lady working. Really like she gave me a very rudelook, just handed me the new order and turned her head in disgust !! Maybe you should give these employees a lesson in customerservice as it seems there not very pleasant at the Exeter location. PS maybe if they let the customer order properly and notcut them off after every word, they would get the order correct ( MAYBE) Read more
Wanted to get a special cake for my boyfriends mom for her birthday and they exceeded our expectations! Staff was all amazing to... speak with and they went above and beyond with the design of the cake (Belle Princess theme). We could not be more happy. Read more
A quick stop and DQ for some dinner proved to be delicious and unexpected. This quaint DQ had wonderful service and polite... employees. A rather small eating area but more than enough room to accommodate 3 or 4 different families. Some ice creamoptions were gluten free although the meals did not appear to be gluten free with some breading showing up in one of my partiespackage of fries. Read more
Soft ice cream ???? ???? ???? So good! The only thing that I think Dairy Queen should change is have white and chocolate ice... cream together. Other than that I think it was great!
