Exeter KFC has gone down hill since the new management took over about 2 or 3 years ago. Chicken pieces have been cut in... half, batter is not the same, French fries tasted like they had been reheated. Even the gravy has changed. It was about ayear since I was there before and was hoping it would of got better but it didn't. Will not be going back to the ExeterKFC!!!! Would of gave it a zero star if I could of. chicken, popcorn chicken, and tenders were burnt. did not taste good at all. always missing something in the order and never... answer the phone. the quality of food from this location has gone down a lot in the last few years. dont go here. make the extratrip to a different location. Read more
Haven?t even eaten my food yet, and honestly the only reason I still bought anything was to support the two kind women working,... the man running the kitchen, to be frank was a complete @ss, no one should EVER be spoken to like that, not even with customersin the front, screaming, slamming things and cursing isn?t a very welcoming sight to customers just walking in and I believethis man doesn?t deserve his job. The looks he gave his fellow staff even had shivers going down my spine. One of the horrible experience at this location. The staff was so rude from taking my order and food was such a bad quality and... when I told them about it. I was given " You are the only one complaining by a girl wearing scarf on her head". I just left andwhen I went on Google to review. I realized there were 100s of bad reviews this place already got. Also to mention I went to usewashroom. It was so filthy and when I complained about it. The same girl said we can either make food or clean washroom. Wow!Never even going back to this place again.!!! The nasty place I have ever been too. Not one single table is cleaned in the dinning area. Toilets full of puke. Dirt... everywhere. No soap in the bathrooms. Who knows how contaminated the food is. If you eat here, you?re 1000% getting foodpoisoning! Read more
The food was very fast and the person who took our order was kind. But the restaurant dinning area was filthy. I was given 26... french fries with my 2 piece chicken meal. A sharp decline in quality since I last ate at KFC, where the chicken pieces took uphalf the box and the other half was filled with fries. They also forgot to give me the salad that you now have to pay for as anextra and is not included as part of the "meal". Very disappointing. We decided not to eat there as it was gross, so I was notaware I was missing the salad until I got home. The fries were soggy. The chicken, though... the chicken never disappoints. Read more
Stopped by today after work, ordered twister combo with side of gravy. The chicken was very dark (which told me the oil is... old/too hot), no tomatoes were on it, and it was very dry. Fries were soggy like. Gravy was decent. Won?t be back. Read more
This KFC is questionable, for a few reasons. The wait even when busy doesnt seem to be long at all, which makes me think they... cook way too much chicken/fries/popcornchicken/ etc just to keep on the heating table or drawers so that they always have it.Which means they dont follow charts and time frames to cook less around less busier times. I worked for kfc for 2 and a halfyears back in high school and we never gave out chicken older than a half hour. This does not seem to be the case here. My bestadvice is call in to order but even then there is no gaurentee your food will be fresh. Read more
