Was here a few months ago on my way home from work, at about 9:50PM. I'd been here a few times before this incident, and was not... impressed by the customer service, but it wasn't the end of the world so long as they made my sub right. As I pulled up, thefemale employee turned off the lights. I double checked the hours on the sign outside, and yes, they were open until 10, so Iwalked inside anyways. The employee turned the lights back on, and asked me if I was doing a big order, to which I responded no,I'm only getting a single sub. She made my sub, but basically told me that she turned off the lights because she didn't want todo multiple subs just before closing... WHAT??? I'm sorry, but if you're employed to work until ten, whether you like it or not,you work until ten. This was the last straw for me, and I haven't been back to this Subway location since. I'm not the only onewho's complained about the service at the location, so it's not just me. Read more

The restaurant door hours state open till 11pm, Google states 10pm, we arrived at 9:28pm to find the lights on but doors locked.... We waited thinking maybe the were in the washroom, nope! Very disappointing. Update hours would be helpful, considering we hadto drive 20mins to get there... ?? Read more

Incredibly poor experience. Sandwich was good. Two friends and I were travelling through Exeter on the way home after a busy... weekend working. It was still a 2 hour drive home. We had decided to stop at Subway as a healthier option with an OPEN diningroom where we could sit down. When we received our subs we went to sit down. The woman behind the counter told us the diningroom was closed. I proceeded to check dining room hours on the door. The sign on the door (as per my pictures) said it was open.This was even listed as temporary hours! It was 6:50pm on a Sunday. In all honesty i think most people would consider this iswithin regular dinner hours. When I informed her she simply said she would change it and did not accomodate us at all. So wehad to eat outside in the rain. I can understand if these hours were a sticker that's not easily changed but this was a paperprint out taped to the door which is easily changed. Even just crossing it out and marking it with the new hours. Terribleexperience. Read more

In response to the the last review. The people you have left disrespectful comments and untrue statements happen to be family of... mine. They are both hard working and by the way, there are cameras to prove your allegations false. Would you like to be suedfor defamation? They don't need disrespectful customers like you or your group. It was 9:15 pm and we went back from bay field beautiful beach. We usually order immediately and finish the process in less than... 30 min. This time, unfortunately the person behind the desk who make sandwiches was sooooooooo slow and odd in appearance. Hewas not wear any gloves and his outfit was not suitable for such a position. And I insust , he was so sliw in making our order.It really lasts near 30 min to have our sandwiches ready but they were almost cold due to long duration of preparation.Moreover, when we started to eat, after 10 min, they come and announced that they were going to close and we must leave. It wasnot good because our time was wasted by the guy. I gave 3 stars because of the subway brand and our usual experiences , but forthis last time, i can give just 1 star. Read more

had to travel 25kms from grand bend one way to get to this subway. Thank god it was open at 10:30 even thought their closing... time was 10pm. right before the lockdown started. the staff were friendly and nice. The sandwiches were made with patience.Fresh bread. Read more
