They forgot 2 items when I ordered. Live 30 minutes away so I call to let them know and the girl hung up the phone on me. If... this is your way of treating your customer we will never be back. Twice, we have gone to Wendy's in Exeter and both times that we wanted to eat in, the door was locked. First time we were on... foot and went else where. The second time we got back in our car and did the drive through. We prefer the dine in so we don'tmess up our car. Otherwise the food was good. They need more staff by the looks of it. Read more
Wanted to go in and order. Hours suggested they should be open (7:30pm on Saturday ) yet the doors were locked. Went to get gas... and it appered that they maybe were still doing drive through but once 8 pm hit they made everyone in the drive through get outand get nothing. Don't reccomend this location as when I was talking to other locals this type of interactions seems to becommon business practice. Bad look all the way around. Read more
Doubtful about going back. Spent 15 minutes waiting in line were two cars in front of me that was it. And while waiting in line... employees were actually leaving the building.. it was 8:50. What I did get to the speaker at 8:50 there was already Employeesleaving through the back door. This is just one of many issues there have been with this Wendy's. Showed up in the exeter drive thru and waited for 5 minutes before I told my co worked this place sucks they're not even open... until 11. To my surprise, an employee had been ease dropping on us the whole time and decided to to let me know at point she waslistening "excuse me! We're open, but busy!" Food is always good, the frosty's are my fav. Just go before 4:30 pm or you are waiting on London Rd. We definitely need another... Wendys in Sarnia or move that on to an easier location. Read more
1 happy hungry truck driver ???? I walked up the drive thru window, asking if they would serve me...I told the staff I was a... truck driver, parked in the road, and they had no problems serving me at the window. They offered to take my order to my trucktoo but I waited for my order instead. When my order was ready, they even ask me to have a nice safe trip. That was awesome, youmade my night. Always have gotten our large family's order right. Just wish they had better French fries, but like their baked potato option.
