This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the state - do not go here, it's not worth your time. Anytime I go, there is a long wait... inside or the drive-through and you're ignored for several minutes before someone even talks to you (once waited 5 minutes inline, get to the speaker...wait another 3 minutes so I said "hello" and a minute later someone said "sorry, one more second". Really? You couldn't have acknowledged me 3 minutes ago..I had to ask?!) and then they're always out of EVERYTHING. Staff arerude and unprofessional. They always act like you are bothering them and argue with you when you tell them your order is wrong.I will never waste my time here again. Poor management. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next one. Read more
On a Sunday morning around 11:30am, they were out of so many items. No latè! Only plain bagels. When I went to the window... to get my order, it took about 2 minutes. Not good service for a drive thru. Read more
I went to this Dunkin this past week and sat there for ten minutes while a worker named Caliegh who was sitting on their phone... ignoring me and not helping coworkers. She was rude, miserable and unwelcoming. With her service, I and everyone I know willnever be coming here again! Read more
This Dunkin SUCKS!!!: I use to go there everyday..for ice coffee but haven't been there for 2 months cause of the service. I go... to the other one up the street. The line outside takes forever!! Also the line inside... After waiting about 10 to 15 minutesto place a order they get wrong. It shouldn't be wrong with the price you pay for everything plus the waiting.. Anyway theservice is terrible. I just went there anhour ago, which I haven't been there for couple months. Guess what!! My order and myfriends order was wrong. This is the worst Dunkin' in the world. They are forever out of common items. I've been when they don't have sausage,... hashbrowns, chocolate milk, bottles of water, and pretty much everything else people would want. Help is rude. And things aremade incorrectly without fail. Read more
Hot Sandwich was cold inside, donut was dry and not fresh, out of all diet soda, no white cheddar for the white cheddar/maple... bacon sandwich, bathroom not very clean. This was my second experience at a DD. The first was not any better. Tried to order asandwich but I was told there was no one there to cook it, so I left. Not impressed with DD. Read more
I go here either on my way to or from dropping my son off to work (he does not work here). It's always hit or miss how thing... will turn out. The coffee is never made properly and it's one of the specialty coffees. I've order other coffees that I giveexact what I want and still they mess it up. Anything other then donuts is burn and taste like they've never cleaned theircooking equipment. Unfortunately this is the one on my way. But today the guy was rude when I asked for my coffee and the ladyat the window was miserable. I understand people have off days but your job is customer service. Read more
They always get the coffee right! The food is always good as well. The employees are polite and work quickly so you don't have... to wait long in the drive thru or inside. The bathroom is always clean, this location is a good place to stop if you need arestroom. Read more
