Today I visited this location for coffee and was quite frustrated with the service that I recieved. What should've been a quick... stop for a single cup of coffee turned into a frustrating and time consuming chore. Today I ordered a BLACK cold brew coffee.The only complexity to my order was that I requested a small size in a large cup. Upon coming to the window, the young girlmanning the window handed me first, a frozen coffee. Then i was handed an iced coffee with cream. On both attempts, the crewmanaged my request for a small in a large cup so that was clearly not the issue. When it takes three staff members agonizingover a single order of BLACK coffee, you've clearly got a training issue. Blows my mind ... Once leaving this location with nocoffee and a refund, I drive to the next closest location where the staff and I had a good laugh over my simple order. A callhas been placed to the corporate office as I see with other reviews here that this type of thing is part of a larger trend. Tothose who do not know, BLACK coffee means no milk/cream... this confusion was all over a coffee with nothing added to it. Read more
I've had my order made wrong plenty of times here, but that doesn't bother me too much. What bothers me is the fact that I... walked inside for a to-go pickup and none of the staff members who were making food were wearing masks. Only the drive thru andcounter employees were wearing masks. Everyone making food had their masks hanging from one ear. I understand it's difficult towork in a fast paced environment with a mask on, but we are in the middle of a pandemic. The other Dunkins I've been to alwayswear their masks. Prices are higher than other local DD. I?ve been ordering the strawberry dragonfruit refresher since it came out and at this... location you?re basically paying $3.12 for a green tea. Save yourself a few bucks if you?re looking to order a strawberrydragonfruit refresher and just order a green tea because that?s what you?re going to get! I won?t visit this location anylonger. I don't drink coffee but I like the green ice tea. It's only 99 cents there. Mike and the gang are good people always friendly.... Plus they give my dog a slice of ham instead of a munchkin. He likes it better! Read more
The girl working behind the counter was very friendly and very helpful there was nobody in there so I was in and out very fast... very clean environment and nice staff I will definitely come back again. Best thing about it was the muffins were Fresh So myblueberry muffin was actually still warm making it extra tasty. Read more
