2020: We had a reservation and we still had a wait of more than 20 minutes for a table. We ordered the mussels but it was sold... out. The corn chowder with crab meat was okay. The imperial dip was tasty. Our fish and shrimp entrees were well prepared andquite good. The place was packed and hence it was rather noisy. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, and dishes werepresented on a timely manner even on a busy Saturday night. Overall, we had a good experience and will go back again. 9/18/2022Update: What are the odds that you traveled around the world and encountered one of worst dinning experiences near home. We hada reservation and we were seated quickly, the dining room was half full on a Sunday evening. We waited a long time for the waitstaff to appear, then to get our drinks/ bread and to refill our drinks. It took a exceedingly long time for the salad and soupto arrive and the entrees as well. The grilled Ahi tuna was beyond well done and tasted like cardboard. The rest of the entreeswere okay. It would be a shame if they screw up the famous Bang Bang shrimp. I don't think the pandemics, high inflation,hiring difficulties are the excuses for the creation of such terrible service. Read more
I did my first online catering order through this Bonefish Grill in Exton and everything was GREAT! The manager, John, was super... helpful. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Excatering handled the order with care and precision. Their online chatfeature was great. The food was delivered hot and delicious. I ordered salmon, chicken, rice, and two sauces. Very good food. Slightly undercooked fish. Sat the 2 of us in same area with table of 12 masking is feel crowded and a little... hard to talk. Rest of restaurant nearly empty. Other table left within 15 min so it became better. Excellent attentiveservice Read more
The food was excellent and the service was attentive. Had the petit fillet and lobster tail. They were perfect. What was not was... the music, loud and meant for a younger crowd. Made it difficult to enjoy the conversation at the table. Came for the food, notthe bad music. Read more
I'm glad to have a Bonefish near where I live. My wife and I used to eat here often when we lived in Atlanta. The food is... cooked to perfection. The Bang Bang shrimp... Wow! The BFG fries should be outlawed - delicious! The calamari is excellent. Read more

My wife got the dynamite salmon which is salmon with lump crab mushroom and spinach on the top and it was the by far best thing... on the table. I got grilled steak and shrimp with fries and coleslaw. Good grill marks on the meats! Plus everything was big soI was stuffed by the end. Thank you again to the staff for good table service as well. Got the Chicken Marsala, cole slaw, green beans, and an unsweetened tea. Everything was delicious, amazing flavor (chicken... perfectly charred, ginger in the Asian Cole slaw for strong flavor accents), nice classy environment, and John the manager is agreat dude? helped open Newtown Square as well.
