Oh my, what a disaster. The guy with the bandana seems to wear the same gloves he rings the register with, handles cash and... FOOD! Please observe for yourself, it happens each and every time I visited this week. They close at random and don't update their hours, they never pick up their phone when you try to call to see if they're open... (try it now, go ahead - they won't pick up), and we recently came about an hour before closing and they made us and 3 othergroups eat outside so they could close the dining room. We and one group had already been seated at this point and we had topack up. Couldn't take trays though so we had to haul our stuff in hand. Just wow. Terrible service.
