Oh my, what a disaster. The guy with the bandana seems to wear the same gloves he rings the register with, handles cash and... FOOD! Please observe for yourself, it happens each and every time I visited this week. I tend to not come back to establishmentsthat did not improve their cleanliness after my second time and unfortunately, this is the case here too. They close at random and don't update their hours, they never pick up their phone when you try to call to see if they're open... (try it now, go ahead - they won't pick up), and we recently came about an hour before closing and they made us and 3 othergroups eat outside so they could close the dining room. We and one group had already been seated at this point and we had topack up. Couldn't take trays though so we had to haul our stuff in hand. Just wow. Terrible service. Came in to check out the place and food. I didn't ordered anything ,i just walked out. The place was mostly empty which is a... good or a bad sign depending how u see it. Just looking around, it didn't look very cleaned either. I'm still giving a 3 star bci didn't ordered food but the staff was nice. Read more

Went there for my first time. I made a mistake on the order (completely my mistake). The manager had them remake it for me free... of charge. He told me to keep the original order. Excellent customer service. The tacos were amazing. They also have a largeselection of hot sauces. Well worth the visit. Read more
Good change of pace from Chipotle but the same basic concept of fast texmex. I like the hot sauce bar and the more creative... flavors available. They've struggled with staffing lately like everywhere. Read more
