Went in for dinner at 6pm and they had no lettuce, fajita veggies, pico, corn, or guacamole. I feel like if they know they're... completely out of all these items they should notify customers before they start their order. I will never come to this Chipotle again. A Friday evening, and there was a paper sign on the door referring to online orders... only, however there was literally no one in the store working. I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt based onwhat I thought were unfair negative reviews, however now I see those reviews were completely accurate. Read more
This place has gone down hill over the years. Used to be a favorite place now it?s mediocre at best. Below is a picture of my... salad or lack there of since you can?t even see the lettuce anywhere. And the dressing that the gentlemen told me is enough fora salad and I would have to pay more for additional dressing. Read more
Online orders only ? Seriously ?? Wasted 15-20 mins of our time to order .. there are so many people there waitin mg for food .... Slowwwww service . Food was good though . Aweful place. Had nothing on the line, 3/4 of the employees were outside while 2 employees were inside. Once the employees came... back in, they hung out and ate in the back. Complete mess, got a bowl that was about 1/3 the normal size for the fullprice. Avoid this spot. Read more

I ordered on Halloween special (Sunday). One of the order is default chicken bowl, food portion was very less and chicken might... be only a ounce , lot of tomato chunks not salsa , tasteless (no salt in the chicken pieces), another order is customizedburrito bowl(kid ate this and not sure how the actual taste was but portion was good in this) . Third order is chickenquesadilla(digital only) , portion size was good, along with we got corns , green chilli salsa , white rice as sides.Quesadilla tasted ok but chewy though. Order was for takeout around 7.50pm and ordered at 6.45 on mobile app. Went to store at8 pm and waited to get my order, received at 9?!!!. Surely the day is bad , understaffed ??. Hope they get back on track andwill try on another day to re review it. We goto Chipotle very often and this place had the smallest portions we have ever seen. The dining area was filthy and the staff... was confrontational when we asked to have the portions right sized. The steak was rubbery and the peppers undercooked. If youwant to goto Chipotle drive another 10 minutes to Malvern. Read more
