I've been here a couple times, and have always enjoyed the food. I also want to support this business as it's being run by a... family. On my last visit, I did have a weird encounter with the owner. I gave my order to the owner, and then a differentemployee brought out the food. She asked my name, which I gave her, then she handed me a bag of food, and I left. I realizedwithin 10 minutes that I was given someone else's order. I brought it back immediately, and returned it to the owner stating Ireceived the wrong order. He said, "Yeah, you think?" and then made a comment insinuating that I gave the wrong name and/ordidn't know my name. The way he said it made the other customer kind of stare and laugh at me. It was super uncomfortable andnot the vibe at all. There was only me and the one other customer in the cafe the entire time, and we exchanged the to-go bagsstraight away. Both of our names started with the same letter, and his employee clearly misheard my name... it truly wasn't abig deal, but the way he reacted will absolutely make me think twice about returning. Expensive, but excellent quality. We ordered the avocado, bacon, egg, cheese sandwich. They have gluten free bread and vegan... cheese which is really helpful. I would recommend the chipotle mayo. It was amazing! Very friendly staff and the atmosphere isvery pleasant. Read more

Wow this place is delicious! It was one of the best sandwiches I?ve had in a long time. They let me customize my sandwich based... on my allergy needs, which I love. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and they take their time making it. Bonus,their daughter was so friendly up front! If you?re thinking of trying it , do so. It won?t disappoint ! My favorite healthy food spot with indoor and outdoor seating!! The food is made to order and it is delicious!! The owners, Abby... and Tom, are so kind, knowledgeable and hard working. They make excellent recommendations based on your food preferences andallergies. I love walking into a place where they make an effort to get to know the customer. They even remember my name when Ivisit! I try to eat there as often as possible to live a healthy lifestyle. Their smoothies and bowls are tasty. I love theirbaked oatmeal and chicken salad. Try their immune system shots if you?re feeling under the weather. I bring all of my friendshere and they are now repeat customers. September 2021 Really friendly, health-conscious, knowledgeable people work here. On my first visit I tried the Berry Nutty... smoothie with strawberries, blueberries, banana, bone broth, maple syrup, and Valencia peanut butter, and it was unbelievable! The second visit I ordered a power bowl and it was also delicious. I left feeling great, full but not stuffed, as a good mealshould be. I plan to make this a go-to place when I want a healthy meal. Honest review: This is my favorite spot in ALL of Chester County!! My wife and I absolutely adore this place, and Tom and Abby... are truly the best! They take such care in everything they do, cater to our packaging requests, and always remember thedetails!! They do WHATEVER is necessary to make sure we are happy, and we appreciate that immensely. My "go to" is Guac N'Seeds spread, Glo Grain Bowl, and the Tropic Like Its Hot smoothie. But everything we have had there has been off the charts. It is so hard to find legitimately healthy food with amazing flavor, and they have that here in abundance. I am baffled anybodywould leave them a subpar review. I would say these people are those that cannot be easily satisfied. We have turned friendsand family towards this place (my Mom cannot stay away either), and they have loved it as well.
