Went in for the Eagles and Phillies on at the same time on Thursday night. The Phillies started at 8 pm. The Eagles at 820 pm,... and these knuckleheads closed the kitchen at 8. They don't care and obviously that's not smart. When I was informed I turnedaround and walked out. In response: The hostess told me there kitchen was closed and it was drinks only, Thursday, November3rd, and she was at the host stand literally right next to the bar. I didn't just make it up. My buddies and I watched the Phillies game here last night and enjoyed it very much.There was great selection of drinks. So I... had a mule and a couple of beers. The food menu had a pretty big selection and wide variety of snacks and meals. You could seethe game no matter which way you faced because of all the TVs. It was great. Lastly, the severs did a great job!They were allpretty young, but they were perceptive, personable, and attentive. Pay them well so they stick around. We were so excited to try this place! Love the vibe! Great local sports bar atmosphere. Unfortunately, that and the wings were... the best part. My French onion soup had barely any cheese, my first martini came out not as I ordered and my second looked likesomeone took 3 sips out of it. At almost $12 a martini, you expect a full glass. Vodka sauce pasta had no flavor and the worstof all it is my husband snd 9 year old have been in the bathroom since we came home and they had the same dish:/ Read more
I've been there before with my son and enjoyed the service and the live music. Most recently I went by myself. The band, as... usual, was great but it was a whole set in and I wasn't served or even greeted. So I give all my stars to the band. Wouldprobably have given more stars if I got a pretzel and a beer. Definitely a neighborhood place where they know you after your first visit, which is great. I came here for Wing Night. They... were good and I was able to get them crispy (although the MT sauce isn't very spicy). Was planning on coming back to try theother flavors. Read more
It's been a while since our last visit and we weren't disappointed. It has plenty of outside seating but we prefer the indoor... which has a neighborhood bar/restaurant feel. We ordered pretzels for appetizers, drinks and entrees, but the pretzels wasn'tready until after the entrees were served. Our waitress was doing her very best to address the situation and we understood theunder staffing condition with most restaurants nowadays. All our dishes were very good and they were all of decent servingportions. My beef brisket tacos have sizable portion of tender and tasty briskets served with plenty of condiments.
