Absolutely LOVED It!!!! Went to see Spirited and his was it the perfect movie to see at this theater!!! They have a great screen... to watch from, very cozy seating and the best part is the food that they deliver to you during the movie. The price you pay isfar worth the amount you are given. It?s all freshly made and its a huge amount of food your given, I got a salad and chilicheese fries, don?t sound like much but they were both loaded with all different kinds of toppings and both lasted me until theend of the movie. The food is amazing. The staff are great the seats are great and very comfortable because they recline. Perfect for a date night... especially on Tuesdays they have specials and they have a membership club that you can join to receive free popcorn. My family and I love going to the movie Tavern. It's 5 minutes from home and quick and easy to get to. It does get crowded... there, sometimes, but I normally go on off days, or meet my brother in law for a beer and movie late on a weeknight when it'snot crowded. Food and drinks can get expensive for a family of four, but we always have fun whenever we go, so it is worth it. Portions are generous. The sampler has a bit of everything and can easily be shared by two people. I normally get it wheneverI am there. Drinks, even regular sized, are comically large. Theater and seating are generally clean. Seats are comfy andrecline which is a plus. There's no IMAX, but that doesn't matter much to me. I definitely recommend going there. Read more

I?m leaving this kind of review because I really do care about the movie experience and what the Movie Tavern used to be. Ever... since Covid and the Marcus buyout just about everything in the movie experience has been ruined here. The menu used to beexquisite and tasty for a reasonable price. Now the food is delivered cold and soggy and disgusting across-the-board atridiculous prices. I don?t want to hear from customer service about how the rising cost of food affects their business modelbecause everybody else has the same experience without the ridiculous mark up and utter compromise in food quality. The theateris regularly far too cold. And the Marcus corporation has decided that the Exton site will remain unstaffed so you get to beyour own waiter. If you want an alcoholic drink you get to leave the theater and walk all the way to the front and wait to getit while missing your film. The facility is atrociously dirty as you can see by the pictures I?m posting. There?s more foodunderneath the seats than they delivered to us for dinner. The only star this theater gets is for the tremendous quality ofpicture and sound. They should honestly consider just converting to a standard theater until they can get their act togetherwith food and drink and service. Read more

I love this place. Flourtown was the first Movie Tavern that I visited. This is my second place we visited for Movie Tavern. I... had heard about this place long ago and I have been dying to go there. I didn't before, because they only had movies in thenight time and I prefer the matinee or day time movies. Movie Tavern never disappoints. It is always beautiful, spotless andjust downright clean. The restrooms are always clean. The lobby area was clean, where the box office is. There is plenty ofparking, many spots marked handicapped. This is a huge spot, a huge place. We purchased our tickets online on the MarcusTheatres Movie Tavern app and we bought our food on the app as well. So wonderful, because when we arrived, they scanned the barcode in the app on my phone and our food was ready. I opted for 10:45 arrival of food, since our picture, King Richard, startedat 11:10 am. I elected to pick up our food and the other option was for an employee to deliver to your seats. We visited therestroom and then one of the employees was kind enough to bring us our food delivered to our seats. I couldn't believe thatbecause I had opted to pick it up myself. But this employee (gentleman) insisted that he would deliver it to us. I wish I hadgotten his name to give him a personal shout-out. However I hope he sees this review. Flourtown, had free popcorn. But I didn'tsee any free popcorn set out in the lobby here in Exton, but that was okay. King Richard, starring Will Smith and Aunjanue Elliswas spectacular, talking about the lives of tennis superstars, Venus and Serena Williams. For food, I ordered a Southwest BBQCrispy Chicken Salad with 1210 calories for $15.49, my mom ordered the dinner salad, 40-200 calories for $5.49 and my brotherordered the regular sweet tea for $6.00 and the Backlot BBQ burger for 1100 calories for $15.49 which consisted of a doublesmash burger, cheddar, applewood smoked bacon, crispy onion strings and BBQ sauce. Nice to see the theatres coming back. Foods are not orderable from seat. You can do it online or Marcus app. Not able to order... drinks from app. Food was good and cost is on par with other theatres. Tuesday deal is great deal. Screen size and theatreseatings are comfortable. Mask is not mandatory. Restrooms , hallway, places are clean. Staffs are welcoming and attentive. Read more
