I love salad works but when the manager is not treating her employees right it gets under my skin then the manager cut her hand... and wiped what she got blood on then handed that receipt to the person making my salad and when I said something she wanted tosay she didn't when I watched her do it....then I gave that girl a tip bc she was having a bad day and the manager wants to saythat they don't except tips when theirs a tip jar by the register.....I will not be returning I will drive the Xtra to anothersalad works Read more

Very disappointing location. Potions are pitiful, the nikel an dime game they have been at this location is horrible. The prices... were already high before for a low quality salad, now it's just robbery going here. They will be out of ingredients and yourstill expected to pay full price. I have a had bad customer service from this location the last three times I have been hereover a 6 month span. Steer clear of this place. Cleanliness is a 2 and that's only because they keep the tables clean otherwiseit would have been a Zero. Just really sad. Do yourself a favor and go a few doors down to Appetites on main there salad are waybetter and a few dollars cheaper. not to mention they are clean, friendly and do take out in a respectable amount of time. This place keeps their salads solo fresh and tasty. Grab a salad and enjoyed the view while eating it.
Excellent salads although slightly overpriced unless you come on a day when they have their special (as of now its Tue). ... Quality is above average. Some of the staff don't communicate if you are adding something that you will get charged extra for,so in that case you need to be familiar with their menu otherwise you might see some charges you didn't expect. Overall a goodsalad place to add to the rotation. If you are on a specific diet, make sure you read up on the dressings as they are thebiggest culprit of turning your "healthy" salad into a meal you should be staying away from. Read more

I got a salad from DoorDash, this was the lid that the restaurant put on it. The lettuce was wilted and brown and slimy, and... there was no tomatoes and no dressing. I was actually afraid to eat it, it didn't look safe. I took a few bites, but withoutdressing, it was even more disgusting. I've eaten a better salad at the Chuck e Cheese salad bar. Read more
