Normally my family and I really enjoy Snap, but when I go out of my way to get here and arrive an hour before closing time and... am told "we are not making in-store orders," it is a bit disappointing. Used to be my favorite place. Ordered a Caesar salad just as it comes. Less than 1 Oz of chicken, not even a full egg, dressing... was watery, lettuce wasn?t chopped. Used to be high quality and presented nicely and now it?s just a sloppy bowl of a fewtoppings. One employee was standing behind the counter texting while 2 of 5 employees actually worked. We went to pick up an order that we made online and they messed up 2 of the 3 pizzas that we ordered. They remade one twice... because they put it on the wrong crust the first time and were going to give us the other one even though it had hot honey on itand we told them the person it was for cannot eat spicy things. The whole 30 minutes it took for them to fix the mistakes theymade the first pizza sat there and was cold and disgusting by the time I was able to eat it. Aside from all that, the pizzawasn?t very good. The mushrooms were marinated in something that tasted like olive juice and all of the pizzas seemed too salty.The breadsticks were very sweet for some reason. Very upset with the whole experience. I loved the food and my company. We used outdoor seating which was plentiful, but kind of felt dirty. It was a Thursday... evening a little before 8pm, and there were 9nly a handful of customers so we received our pizza and salad very quickly andbused our own table. We paid when we ordered so this was a very efficient meal. We stayed to talk as long as we wanted andleft when we were ready with no delay waiting for the bill. Beyond disappointing. Ordered a margarita pizza and was given a lousy looking cheese pizza. Was pretty disappointed considering... I frequently order the margarita pizza from the Bryn Mawr location and it?s absolutely delicious. Update: followed up withrestaurant to inform them of mistake and was told that the person who took the order wrote down cheese pizza, so no adjustmentswere made to rectify order mishap. Was told to pay for a new pizza. The customer service at this location is appalling. Due tolack of food quality and terrible customer service, will not be visiting this location again. Read more
Don?t believe the pictures you see on google. Here?s the cinnamon bread?. Dry and no taste. Ordered a custom pizza and they... forgot my ricotta, cheesey bread w sauce and the sauce is freezing cold. The best pizza in the Exton area as far as my family and I are concerned. The base is thin, and the ingredients are always... fresh. The standard toppings are great; especially the Mexique, but you can also build your own. They have cauliflower base ifyou are into that sort of thing. Service can be a bit up and down, but the staff are usually students and if you are flexible itcan add to the atmosphere. When the weather is nice, the outside seating is great. Read more
