I've literally supported this company from it's very first store opening. Probably 30 years of supporting this small business. I... have purchased hams every year not only for my family on multiple holidays every year but also for my employees over the last 10years. The rudness over the last few years is beyond acceptable. Today I stopped in to buy 3 hams. I only was able to get 1.Fine. Maybe they are short staffed or maybe they don't have enough supply. I understand that. I politely asked about a signoutside and was met with arrogance and rudness. The sign read, "No order no problem." Clearly no order was a problem. I shouldhave went to the Norristiwn store. I'd rather an average product with great service anyway over a great product with poorservice. Read more

For most holidays we order a honey baked ham. They come in a variety of options and are all high quality!!!

Customer service was very good but my 1/4 ham was nothing but salt and fat for 50+ dollars. Sides were only ok. Will not... return but rather return to Wegmans for next holiday ham. Read more

Been here a few times and the experience depends entirely on the person behind the counter. While it started off pretty well at... first, for the past 6 months it's been consistently terrible. one time we walked in to eat 15 min before they closed (didn'tknow they closed early since the website said later) the lady said she had already closed the sandwich bar and refused to serveus. The time awhile after that, the young kid got the order wrong, and then the last time we were there recently, the same ladythat refused to serve us previously told us the sandwich station was broken and refused to serve us again. I never see anyoneeating inside and I get why. The service is absolutely terrible and I won't ever go back. It's a shame cause it was a damn goodsandwich.....when they actually serve you and you get what you ordered. Read more

Every experience here has been a good one. I love to eat lunch in the cafe that is relaxing, quick and quiet. We've also... ordered party trays from this business and have been happy as well. Excellent taste and always fresh. We'll be buying fromhere for our next big party. Read more

Ordered a sandwich to go . Staff were very friendly & fast . Sandwich was DELICIOUS ! The pickle & chips that came with it were... a nice surprise . I also got a soda & cookie and bill was still under $10 . Will definitely come back ! Read more

My wife called in advance to get a boneless spiral cut ham for Saturday, 12/26/15 for my family's Christmas gathering. When she... got there at the agreed upon time on Saturday, they said she had to wait a little bit because it was not done. Then had to waita little longer and when they finally brought out our order, it was not even what we ordered! My family, many were from out oftown, were at the house and we had no main course for our Christmas meal. Thankfully, we thought of calling Ron's Original Barand Grille in Exton and they were able to make us a tray of hot roast beef (at the last minute) which was done within an hour. My wife wrote a letter to the Honey Baked Ham company in Exton to let them know what had happened. We haven't heard anythingback from them. So it appears that our satisfaction is not important to them. So we will never do business with Honey BakedHam in Exton again.
