We went for a curbside order ... Around 1:25.... We waited for nearly 20 mins we called and called and no answer My husband then... had to get off..... 2 ladies came out from the back .. not keeping an eye on the store or customers.... No management veryunprofessional.... I ask for my refund... I didn't want cold sandwiches... They didn't even ask to redo the sandwiches ornothing..... The girl claim here phone wasn't working... Steven the employee that works there is very unprofessional. I ordered online . I had ordered double meat, double cheese, and... the meal. My daughter went to go pick up the order. Well they did not give the the soda and chips that come with the meal. Theydid not include double meat and double cheese that I paid for. The employee told me to take the sandwich back . I told him wehad already started eating to just refund the soda, chips and the extras that were not put in . He said he talked to the ownerand his general manager and couldn't do a refund. Read more
The Boss sandwhich was good, but service was slow despite the place being empty. When we walked in the 2 employees were working... on some orders, but I left and a drive thru order left before the curbside pick up was completed even when that was placedbefore both of us.
