I ordered 4 steak egg and cheese bagles with extra sauce. Didn't get sauce on any of them. When I called the girl said she is a... manager and I was lying. I brought them back to show her and she offered me sauce to put on the now cold sandwiches. Refused torefund or remake them. Just kept trying to hand me more sauce. Food was cold and the fritta had bleach in it or on it. When I went to get money back. They asked me for the food, I had already... tryed to return food there before and they said they couldn't take the food back. So this time I didn't bring the food. Not tomention that gas is now 3.75 q gallon and I live enough so it would make me use a gallon of gas. Just to be given a hard timewhen it was all your problem!! And I have gotten hard breakfast burritos, that were as hard as a rock. And to far away tobother but I am sick of this restaurant serving old food. Hard disgusting food. Needs new management!!!! THIS LOCATION is great. They made a mistake on my order but was prompt to fix it and gave me a coupon to come back for a free... meal just to say thank you for my business. Which I did come back and THEY DID redeem my coupon. That's why I'm giving them 5stars for excellent customer service. If they make a mistake they'll make it right just need to give them a chance. I'm not aMcDonald's fan in terms "I LOVE THEM" because I don't. I buy breakfast at McDonald's and maybe lunch in a pinch. The eggMcMuffin is simply delightful. Can't go wrong there. The chicken options are the best you're going to get for your money interms of flavor for lunch items. The hamburgers are bad????. Not saying this location I'm saying ALL locations. Go to anyMcDonald's and you'll be served a piece of greasy flavorless meat wrapped in usual toppings and condiments to hide the fact ithas no flavor. Some seasoning would be nice while they cook it, but nope plop it goes on the fryer until done. Hence why I orderthe chicken. Read more
Passed through and stopped for a quick bite (drive through). Everything was correct on and screen ($30 worth of food), but when... we opened up down the road our spicy deluxe sandwich wasn?t spicy nor deluxe (despite the label on the wrapper), the additionalI paid to sub ketchup and mustard with Mac sauce was only on one burger (number 7 comes with two burgers and was on the label onthe wrapper), and our sauce wasn?t included. To pay that much money and have every single item you ordered have an issue isn?tright. Read more

Ordering Kiosk doesn't work. Stood there for 15- 20 minutes for two coffees. Come to find out from the kiosk to the counter (20... feet... Maybe), the order never "reached" the cash register/ computer. Never again. Read more
Just one employee. Just one! We frequently stop by this location for morning drinks and sometimes hashbrowns. But the older lady... that works here many mornings that runs the drive thru is just absolutely rude. Grey hair always in a pony tail. No hiding shedoesn't want to be there. Short with everyone. Even snooty at times. She asked if we wanted cream and sugar. I said no thankyou. She replies with "I was just asking!" This is far from the first time we have encountered such rudeness from her. But it isdefinitely the last time subject ourselves to this behavior so early in the morning. We will finish the drive into the city toget drinks. The rest of the crew has always been polite. We would return during late afternoon to evening hours. Cuz that ONEemployee isn't working then. Just a suggestion... take her off customer service if she needs to stay employed there. Read more
