Have lived near this Carvel my whole life. I have never been a fan of their hard ice cream but their soft serve is probably my... top choice of soft serve for vanilla and chocolate (the rest are pretty tasteless). That being said, after going here for 25-30years, on buy one get one free sundae day, I asked for a waffle bowl for one, offering to pay additional for the bowl of course,they said no it's not included, and refused to place it in the waffle bowl for me. I had to purchase it separately and put itin it myself, I was told. Really genuinely not sure what type of customer service this is, especially to someone who was at thetime, there at least once a week. Needless to say I am done with Carvel and if I absolutely needed soft serve I would go to theother Carvel further away. Read more
