I'm sorry to say this is one of the worst Dunkins I've ever been to, which is unfortunate because it's literally within walking... distance of my apartment. The staff is not very friendly, they kinda grunt at you with a glazed over look when taking yourorder. Never again. Go to Haus Cafe up the street, you'll be treated like a human being there. Train your staff to put sufficient amount of cream cheese in bagels ! I am literally eating just bagel..
Service lady seemed confused with typical order and had to be helped. Probably new, was friendly... and coffee was still great.
Ordered a large Ice Coffee with less ice. Removed all the ice after purchase and there is only a quarter of the cup filled with... coffee. Rip off! Stay away from this Dunkin! Read more
extremely dissatisfied with the service. workers are extremely rude. I asked for a medium and paid for a medium. then she gave... me a small coffee, when I asked her for the medium I had ordered she just poured the small drink into a medium sized cup andfilled it up with milk.The worst coffee i?ve had. By far the worst service ever !! I was coming here every morning until I got sick of waiting 20 min to get my coffee every... morning .... I literally would be standing at the register and would get ignored while all the employees made drinks for themobile orders .... if they need to make sure the mobile orders are complete that?s fine but they should have Atleast 1 persontaking care of the walk in customers instead all 3 workers put there heads down and act like there aren?t any walk in customersand continue completing there mobile orders ! I love DD coffee but when you order a flavor which I often do it always tastes different because each employee makes it... different. Aren't they all trained to make the items a specific way? I don't understand why one day it is very sweet, thenext very weak. Read more
