I used the drive in to order food for my staff at work. When I got to work we quickly realized their were missing items that I... paid for. I called and spoke to a supervisor who refused to give her name. She was extremely rude. I said I will stop back in aday or two for my 17 dollar refund. She answered sure and again I asked for her name so when I come in I can say I spoke to you,again she refused saying just come back in with the receipt and the cashier will refund the money. Two days later I did anddidn't get my refund as I expected. Asked for a supervisor and the first thing she asked who did you speak to. I will not evergo back their nor my wife and children. I tell everyone the bad experience I had there. They either don't care or hate theirjobs, I wish I can give them lower than a 1! Read more

Poor service... 25 mins in drive through.. and all they served is 3 cars.. and I am still in line with two cars in front..... delayed to the max.. you can name it SLOW DRIVETHROUGH ONLY... 5 mins per car in drive through.... The owners are very cheap about garbage cans. They usually get the orders right. The lady here was complaining that she was... missing a few things from her drive thru order. No I'm sorry. Paid for my food with my card and the Machine says approved. Manager says it did not go through, so I checked on my banking app... and it did change my account. Showed it to the manager and she said Because it did not print a receipt it was not charged hadto pay for my food again. Now I show her the 2nd charge on my phone and she refused to refund me the money. Read more
