The manager was mean to his employees. I?ve been coming here since this place opened up and have no complaints about the food... nor service so far. the employees were wonderful, professional, and on time BUT I only gave 3 stars today Bcz I was VERYdisappointed with the manager working around 8pm today and how he spoke down to his employees. There is a way to communicatewith people. He needs to learn to be kinder to his employees! I almost yelled at him but didn?t want to cause a scene. Maybehe?s having a bad day but I didn?t see the employees doing anything wrong he was yelling at them for talking and to be faster.Honestly the food was on time and looked great. Yes they?re talking but it sounded like workplace talk to me. Idk what his dealis but there?s a time, place and professional way to speak. Please be kinder, even when you?re commanding an employee. My first return to this location since first pandemic. I love all the other Paneras in NJ and Florida. This location had a few... diners. My order was ready in less than 10 minutes. (1/2 chicken Cesar salad and 1/2 BLT roast turkey Avocado sandwich) The foodwas well and neatly presented. I had to asked for napkins and butter as the trays were empty. I could not find anyone to wipethe tables and had to do it myself. The carpeted floor needs vacuuming. The garbage bin needed to be emptied. The place needslots of TLC and seems understaff and that might explain untidy appearance. The 3 Staff seemed very nice but I just could notgive this place the 3-4 stars. Read more

It?s a nice place to sit and have a coffee or tea and chat with friends. Free refills. Good selection, including almond milk. ... Friendly, down to earth staff. Stick to the bakery items if ordering food. Ask them to warm it up. Read more

This location offers the standard Panera menu (which can be a bit overwhelming) and the person that took our order was very... friendly and helpful. The food was freshly prepared and tasty. The floor was dirty and we had to ask for someone to wipe off ourtable, but they did so willingly. Nothing special about this location but there could be with better attention to details. Read more

It is one of the best places for eat. Delicious and healthy. You can find salads, sandwiches, one of the better pizzas ????... ????, milkshakes and juices. I didn't put 5 star, because their juices don't like so much. But, in general is a better place. Read more

Always a solid option on Fair Lawn Ave. The mac and cheese is good and you can get it in a bread bowl, which is a little carb... heavy for my liking but very satisfying. Some of the salads and sandwiches are pretty good, too; I switch it up a lot. Usuallyplenty of seating and pretty fast service. If you want a good drink, the passion papaya green tea is very good, but a little toosweet for me, so I usually water it down a little. Read more

I have been coming here for years and last week I had the worst experience. After suffering food poisoning from a different... location of Panera I decided to go there bc it was always a much cleaner place. To my surprise there was a hair in my soup whichwas not mine n my hair was completely up. When I went to the back counter where they cook n I told one of the employees Mariashe was rude n did not say anything n proceeded to speak in Spanish about me. I told her I am Hispanic n understood what she wassaying n there is no reason for her to get upset at me for complaining about a hair in my food. I asked for a Manager and afterten minutes one came out and didn't apologize and said nothing. I told her I wanted a soup n honestly I should get some creditas a courtesy n she finally gave me both. Also the women working there especially in the kitchen had no hair net n only had aponytail n long hair so hair was flying everywhere which is why there was a hair in my soup. Manager needs to train heremployees n Health Department should be going often to inspect this location. Stay away from this location. See picture below nsee how the employee has no hair net n was previously working in the kitchen. Read more
